Yes, the same is happening to me now Oct.2012. I did not ask for information and I have answered the call and told them to stop. They still call and leave messages. I can not block voice mail.

Found out this is from a Credit Repair Company I once called for questions.  They got my number off caller ID and has been calling and calling and calling trying to offer their services.  I have been nice, rude, and demanded they take my name and number off their list.  They can go awile between calls but when your number comes up on their calling cycle, they keep callling until you get mad.

Keeps calling my cell and when I finally answered it hung up.
