This guy is a scam artist who sends out Emails offering to buy various things on Craigs List as well as other smaller bulletin boards.  He claims his name is Charles Bronx and always has a story about moving to Sacramento, California on a specualtive business trip for his board of directors.  He tells you that he will have his wife send out a certifid check and will give you full price for your unseen vehicle, in this case my boat.
