Just got a text message. How can we stop this s***. It cost me 20cents to receive a text

just got this message

same message it got f****ng as hole

Just received a txt from this number.  It reads:  
"If YOU need CA$H NOW you can get up to $1500 wired to your bank account tomorrow.
NO CREDIT CHECK
Just reply the word MONEY

2stop rply NOMORE"

Some SPAM about finding singles or one night stands in my area.  I NEVER give my cell # out, and I am not listed on any dating websites.

same message. not sure how they got my number either. Not going to reply.

I just got the same Text Message and called Verizon customer service.  She blocked it immediately and thanked me for reporting it.  I am sure from the sound of her that it was going to be reported to their Security people.

I got the excat same message 2 minutes ago.. what the f*ck???

I'm guessing it's some douche that works at Credit One Bank. They're the only ones in Vegas that should have my # and since I ignore all calls that don't bother leaving a message he must be trying to phish for my #. What a prick. Not like I'm going to reply to his retarded text or call him back to confirm it's my #. Loser can keep wasting his time.

This is just one of many phishing attempts that goes on in the mobile phone world. If you reply to the text or call back the # you're just confirming that your own # is real and will most likely start receiving calls and texts from many different #'s. Since it's from a Verizon carrier you can just call your company and ask them to block that # from calling you again.

i've  gotten calls and the text!!! been getting them for 2 weeks now...how do you stop this?

Received a text with the same messaeg as everyone else.  It's strange that I go this text, because it came on the phone I use only rarely, and the number is very guarded.  I guess privacy is impossible as long as greed is alive.  (and despite what they say in the movies, greed is not good.)

I got one too yesterday. I have T-mobile.

I protected my number hard! I don't know how they got my number.

Need to stop them from doing such thing.

Just received the following message via SMS from 7026728189:

Tried calling the number and i found that the phone has incomming calls blocked. Phone carrier is VERIZON.
