wanted to reduce credit card rates bs call

Telemarketing company trying to get credit card information.

Called but left nothing on the answering machine.

I've gotten 2 calls from this number.  Says they can lower my interest rates on credit cards.
1st time I told them to take me off the list they said no and hung up.  Today, I told them to remove me from their calls.  The lady asked me a few different ways "didn't I want to save money?".  Each time I told her to remove me from their calling list.  In all I told her 6 times to remove me.  I asked okay than am I removed?  She said "sure" and hung up.

Another day, another telemarketer/scammer.

Just called 5 min. ago - left msg about something urgent to press 1 or 2

I have received a number of calls from them. Companies like this will ignore the DNC list for as long as they can get away with it. Besides being a scam and ignoring the DNC list, altering their caller ID is also illegal. Caller IDs do NOT show the calling city as the name of the caller. I would bet that the displayed number is bogus as well, to avoid being traced. If reported to authorities, they can trace the call to find out who it really came from.

keep receiving calls from 702-705-5030k,,,,,lower your credit card rates....scam......they have called our number numerous times and for a period of 2 months.   we are on the DO NOT CALL LIST....LAND PHONE AND CELL PHONE......

no message just saw it show up on my caller id

Same as the above could tell it was a scam. WHo do you report this to?

Caller ID says Las Vegas NV but no message left on the voice mail.

I clicked on '1' to speak to a real person. All the information she would give up is her claim that the name of the company is "Account Services." She figured out what I was doing and hung up on me before I could learn anything more. I filed a complaint at donotcall.gov

Got a call from this number on my cell phone.  I didn't answer it.  Just tried to get some info on why they would call me, now I see it looks like some kind of scam.

Heres the deal people. If you go to http:www.donotcall.gov and report these calls after you figure out that theyve illegally called you, youll make a lot more difference than if you just whine on the internet. One person filing a complaint at donotcall.gov wont make any difference but if these scammers get reported enough theyll realize were sick of it. I hate robocalls and EVERY time I get one, I report it at do not call. I feel like Im the only one who does. Help me out.

its a scam, hang up.. they called me today twice

Called, answered didn't hear anything on their end, so hung up, first time they called.

Received calls from two separate entities offering to lower my credit card interest rate. The numbers were 702-705-5030 and 213-363-5107. BEWARE

I received a "missed call" on my cell phone from this number.  No message was left.  But still...whoever is calling is calling cell number, a no-no.

Just received a call on my cell from this number. I didnt answer it, nor did they leave a message. I just thought I would look it up too see who it was & found this site. Hopefully they wont call back. Thanks a bunch!

Call came in @ 2:04 Central Time. Didn't recognize # so did not answer.  Also on Do Not Call List.  Seems as though no one can stop these creeps from bothering people, all in the name of free enterprise.  Where's my freedom from them!?

Call to lower credit card rates. Robo call, which is now illegal, but of course they don't give a rats a*** about the laws. they called on my cell phone. We've been on do not call for years. There is no way to stop these people, just ignore them.

You need to report these companies to your state's attorney general office. What they are doing is illegal.

Recorded call from Shelly, Card holder Services, no option to remove my number.  It came up as a "cellular Call"

Unwanted phone call.

We have received several calls from this type of company, or maybe them repeatedly, in spite of being on the Do Not Call List.  We have asked to be removed by pushing buttons and used obscenities at the representatives.  Persistence must pay off.  Apparently they monitored us while waiting for a representative.. We were cut off after my husband and I spoke on two phone extensions, of getting their company and supervisor?s name.  We have good rates on our cards and no house payment so we knew instinctively that this was a scam? Not all people are in our position and could easily fall prey to these scum-suckers.  What can we do to stop them?
