Call came in Dec 6th 5:45pm.....as "V206174537016830" NO MESSSAGE

Received call about 5:30p PST.  After several seconds pause, a man spoke my first name and asked how I was doing.  He said he was calling from  some casino/hotel in Las Vegas that I was not known by me.  I said I was eating dinner.  He said he would call back another time and abruptly hung up.  My number is Do Not Call listed, a VOIP number, and not in any directories, to my knowledge.  We visit Las Vegas for conventions about once a year, so I felt obligated to answer it.  Now the number is blocked!  

Number called. Five second pause before they responded. Knew my name. Hung up when I asked for theirs.

Either telemarketer or scammer.
