I received same message from diane Davidson called number1-877-762 8714 was nationwide stated they had my info told them I paid loan now they say its over 2000.00 don't fall for it total scam talking to ftc today already filed reports with consumer financial protection bureau. and if they call again calling police

I received a call from this number today at 6:30am , I think calling me at that time might be illegal, least i want to say it is. I have been getting calls from this number up to six times a day and they have even contacted my HR manager at work asking them to have me call them or they will serve me at work with papers. ( I believe saying anything to the HR manager is also illegal as well). I returned their call and it was a company called Nationwide asking to confirm my personal information regarding a online payday loan taken out in 2011 . They had an old address of mine as well personal information.  I told them to never contact me, HR manager, or anyone at my place of employment again. They told me it would not stop. Yes, thats not my real name.

I keep getting calls from this number regarding a claim that apparently has been filed against me for a $600 loan I took out a while back and did not pay back in full. The lady I spoke with, Sarina, said she was a server and was going to come to my job to hand me documents unless I contact Nationwide at (877) 926-4189 and settle my debt. She also said she had to speak with my manager once she was here at my job to notify them of this claim. I told them if they had papers to serve me not to do it at my job to come to my home instead. They keep calling but I still haven't seen anyone come to my home or job to serve me papers. Not sure if this is a scam or what. But they did have my original loan information so it may be legit however Nationwide is not very professional about handling their calls either. They say they're trying to help me settle this debt but they want the money now and have been leaving me silly messages.

Someone at this number called me at work to say one of my employees had "charges".  They wanted information.  I refused and the caller came belligerent, threatened to call my HR department.  I said go ahead and hung up.

Someone at this number keeps calling me indicating that I am listed as a reference for my best friend's husband.  They want me to give him a message to let him know they will be delivering 'something' to him.   I verify that they have the correct cell phone number for my friend's husband and that's all.  I refuse to pass on a message.  How do I make then stop calling?

Total BS....they are trying to collect on a loan of 300 dollars i paid off 4/5 years ago....my number has been sold and resold no less than 25 times. Now to the newest number THIS ONE!!!! The harassment that I have been getting from this payday loan i took out on the internet during hard times....has become a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!! I paid this off within 1 week of taking it out..........and someone must have sold their customer list!!! Never take a loan out on the internet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The era of trying to impress or scare people is over. Those peole play on your fear of the collector. When they call you and ask for you, ask them who they are, what company NAME they are calling from, what is the reason for the call, ask their name, first and last, ask them to spell it if confusing, and ask their ID... if they won't answer, which they probably will and argue as well, say Sayonara and hang up. If they call back, tell them not to harass you and to stop calling you. By law they MUST do so. End of story. Those people try to play hardball on you because of a debt that has been bouncing/sold from collector to collector until it landed on their lap. Now they are playing big shot to try to collect form you a $500 debt that they bought for $150. Just hang up on them.

Has called and left message regarding a claim number and case against me.  Wants my address to my residence and employment.  Says I have been officially notified about the case filed against me.
