They left a message but two of us could not understand what they were saying. I am a bit uncomfortable returning the call due to not understanding the message.

I get calls from variants (703-245-1923) and it is medical collections. Its a recording and they never speak to you in person.

I received three calls from this number, I did not answer any of those. We have to joint efforts to avoid those type of calls or whom try to catch your identity...

I've had the "personal business matter" recording message. It's a woman, clearly a recording due to the horrible static in an otherwise clear signal area. States "This is not a telemarketing call." Recording repeats twice then the line goes dead.
Today, I received an actual man calling my phone (from number 866-827-8986) asking for a Robin Green, telling her to call this number: 703-245-1920

I too have received at least two calls from this number. The puzzling thing is that (1) My cell phone vibrates just ONCE, to my knowledge, and (2) there is absolutely NO WAY anyone but my sister in Pennsylvania would have my cell phone number, and she absolutely would not have given it to ANYONE !

This is a collection agency called NCO. They make collections for physician services that are separate from hospital costs.

This is definitely a collection agency and now they have a recorded message when they call that instructs you to contact them regarding a "personal business matter." They are certainly iritating because they will continue to call even after you have answered the phone. Very frustrating!!!!

THIS IS A COLLECTION AGENT ! FOR SOME MEDICAL COMPANY PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE IS CHARLES WALKER ... BUT WHEN THEY CALL ALL THEY DO IS SAY NOTHING OR HANG UP ON YOU, WHILE YOUR SAYING HELLO HELLO ... WHICH IS VERY UPSETING ... IT THEY ARE GOING TO BUG YOU THEN ALEAST SAY WHO YOU ARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY NEVER GIVE THE COMPANY NAME WHAN THEY DO ANSWER THE PHONE . BUT ONCE I GOT THE ANSWERING MACHINE ,BUT FORGOT TO GET THE COMPANY NAME
