I think this is a number for mass phone calls. I'm on the DNC list which allows for campaign and donation calls. This one always comes through and it's a recorded voice, so there isn't anyone to ask for my number's removal. While it is annoying, it's generally harmless.

I am getting calls from this number very frequently about twice a day. Got one on Sat morning 9!! morons... is there any I can exclude from there list.

This number showed up on my caller id last night. The caller was doing a survey about the November election and asked if I would vote for Obama. After saying yes, the caller decided to make a lot of disparaging remarks about Senator Obama. I abruptly ended the call! This is nonsense!!

In response to your posting dated 30 May 2008,  please note that William Hl Gordon Associates, Inc. (WHGA) does not own 703-263-1903 and has not since January 2006.  You may have received this faulty information from 411.com, which is incorrect, and I am in the process of updating this.  

I have personally called Verizon and confirmed that Verizon disconnected this number from WHGA in 2006, as we requested.  Verizon gave this number, 703-263-1903, to another company early in 2007.  Verizon would not disclose any more details on the new company, i.e..,  name, etc.  

W. H Gordon Associates does not condone telemarketing or unsolicited computerized calling to residences and hence, would very much appreciate it if you would rescind your incorrect accusation.  Thank you very much.

Keeps calling, Don't they have to abide by the NO CALL list?

It is William H Gordon and Associates.  Please call as I did and complain at (703)263-1900.  These guys won't quit.  I talked to a regional VP who said he would address it.

Who is this that is calling? Looked up on reverse phone and all I could get was Centreville VA Any idea what this is? I am not answering it could be anything. If I don't recognize I don't answer

I keep getting calls from this number on both of my lines and it is getting on my nerves. I call the number back and its busy, but I have been able to get through and it just rings, rings, rings, non stop. Nobody picks up.

I have gotten these phone call three times this week as well

Has also called twice now.  Comes up on caller id as CC A DR 2008.  They never leave a message.

I don't answer these unknown calls.
