Got a call from this number, said hello a couple of times and no one responded. I figured it was a machine about to click over and hung up. Caller ID said CMD

Got a call this morning. Caller kept saying different variations of my first name. When I asked who they are she mentioned Laura from GHMC or CMC and hung up the phone.

Have many missed calls from when we were away on vacation. Received call today; Decided to answer; got a lady calling from my husband's first name, as if they were friends. I said he was not in and asked who is this. She said she's from "Missing Children" something. Then she asked for Mrs... (me) and I said I was the maid; no one was home. She will try later. These so called fund raisers call the people by their first names so that who answers the phone thinks it is a friend, or someone who we know very well. Not only it's rude, but it's very tricky. I know their tactics now, and will use mine to keep them away - not answer the phone. If I do I become the maid and I know nothing.
