Filed a complaint with the FCC. These people will do nothing but argue with you about the "virus" on your computer that they (Microsoft -- no way) will fix for you (for money). They have been told I am on the Do Not Call List and for me to put them on their Do Not Call list but they want to continue to argue with you and will not take us off their list. This has been going on for months. I will file with the FCC for each number they call on from now on. I told the guy he was a scammer working for a scam company and it didn't phase him or slow him down in the least.

Just received this call, but didn't answer it. I googled the number and found this site.
My caller ID didn't not say Jacob George, it said "Virginia",
If this person is scamming people, why can't they shut them down?

Has been calling and when we let machine pick up there is no one there. Answered it today and he said there was a security alert for my computer. Told him that we were warned about these calls and to go ahead and talk because it was being recorded and with in the next few mins he will be turned in. Wonder what they have against honest work?

Have fun with these idiots! I told this Indian guy (Scott....lmao, really?) that I had a MAC after his 5 minute introduction. he got SO flustered! Then he still tried to scam me. Idiots!

Calling and claiming that they are associated with Microsoft Windows and they are getting a security alert. I need to go to my computer right now and they will fix it. Knew this was not Windows since they would send an update with the fix, not phone everyone. Ashame in this world we can't trust people anymore.

Do NOT answer calls from Jacob, George 703-490-1102. This is a scammer. They pretend to be from Microsoft Windows. I called Microsoft and they are aware and said this scam has been ongoing for about 5 years. They asked me to call the F.C.C., which is currently closed, thanks for the gov't shutdown. I tried.
