Same here - ran a packet capture on the website and it appears to be running some unsigned code possibly targeting Safari. The code it gives you is useless - the java-script works with any code the way it's written. It's calling another python script which also looks interesting. I'm going to look at it a bit more with my morning coffee. Definitely don't click on the link since there appears to be some Unicode that is obfuscated for who knows what purpose. It's definitely suspicious. There is also appears to be a face book element to this as well.

I got a text from this number....a spammy-looking text message, which reads:
The first 1000 users get a free iPhone5!
Go to http://celltestnkeep.com and enter code 1000.
and it arrived at 7:25AM (eastern time) on a Saturday morning.
(I was the recipient of a similar message from 703-229-9896, which is listed at that number)
