Bank of America?

I am sure it's bank of america, can't get them to stop, they call all the time, they want to sell all kinds of insuranc, say they have a good deal on home loans but it's all a scam, nothing but a scam, NEVER EVER agree to anything with these folks, you will find out you are in the program and will cost you a lot of money for you to get out, their insurance really doesn't cover anything, their home owners maintence insurance doesn't cover anything, their home loan deal is a total scam, and after all that bail out money they got.
   I don't even answer the phone anymore unless I know who it is..

do they still call you? (bank of america?) If not, how did you get them to stop?

I went on line after recieving many phone calls from Bank of America trying to sell new services.  The call was coming from an 888 number.  I added to my profile on line that I did not want to recieve promotional products by telephone or e-mail.  However, it didn't help much because now I'm getting a call from this 703 number that is also Bank of America.  They should try this motto, "If I don't call you, don't call me!"

Caller stated they were calling on behalf of Bank of America trying to sign me up for some sort of insurance that would pay me $100 for visits to primary physicians (or some other scam).  The pitch was the same as the one for Identity Theft and credit card monitoring services, where they tell you they will send you a packet and if you don't like it after 30 days, you can call an 800 number to cancel (the gist is, you are automatically signed up if you agree to them sending you a packet).  I told the caller I was not interested, do not mail me anything, and if I was illegally signed up after the call and a packet arrived, I would sue.
