Received call from this number and they called my son's cell number and asked for me by name

This number called me and said they were from some association but would not really identify themselves.  Nuisance call or maybe a scam.

This phone number(703)763-0677 call my cell phone today (04-20-09) and claim to discuss business matter. And turns out be a scam so please watch out and don't be a victim.

I got a call from this phone number today. The person they were looking for does not live at my house- which I have lived in for 12 years. I get calls for that person from time to time. I did ask them who they were so that I can figure out what is going on. The lady was so rude and told me that who they are is none of my concern. I told her she was the one who is calling my number and it's all of my concern to know why. I told her to take my number of their call list and she said that they were not taking any numbers off their list- and that they will just call me again in 3 days. Ugh!!!!! What can I do to make them stop???

This is ARS, a supposed collection agency.  They are rude, threatening and bullying.  Doing this violates the FDCPA -- REPORT them
