I do not answer calls from numbers I don?t recognize and why would you want too? They leave no messages for a reason; they want you to call them back? On other lines I block the number (great feature); on mobile phones with out this feature I give it the name ?annoyance call 1, 2? and so on.

Just don?t answer!!!!!!

I have been getting calls from them and no messages.  I saw that others have too and so I went to the NCC site and tried to email them and it was returned as undeliverable.  They need to stop - can't be that important.

These are con-artists,I think they are the same people who called some time ago pretending to be IRS Tax Collectors.

This number is a legitimate Collections agency. (I have outstanding medical bills which I have been unable to pay, and some have been sent to this agency) As others have said, nobody answers, and they never leave a message.This is so you will call them back, at the same number. If you are on the national Do Not Cal list, there are restrictions on when and how any business can call you, UNLESS YOU call THEM. By returning their call, you are initiating contact which allows them to call you, even if the call would otherwise have been forbidden according to the terms of the Do Not Call list.

Update: This number called again today so I called back and told them I keep getting calls from this number but told you that you had the wrong number, they then ask for my number and tell me they never called me "are you sure it wasn't another company?" (in a very very rude tone!) I said this is the only number in my call log. They said they are removing it now. I smell a scam because if it was legitimate why don't they have a record of calling my number 2 hours prior to me calling back?

Have a missed call from this number but only debts I have do not have my cell phone number. How to block them?

They used an automated system for cold calling.  (illegal)  
I didn't call them back because I don't have any debts, and haven't had any for years.  
This is a fraudulent company.  I remember them from 10 years ago doing the same thing.

This number called me today for the first time. Yesterday, I had 16 missed calls from various other numbers!
No voicemails. I answered a call a last week and said, "hello? .... HELLO?!?" And no one said anything so I hung-up and figured it was automated.
I've been rejecting calls for the past couple of weeks and have blocked SO many different numbers that I am seriously considering giving-up my phone. Yeah, I can change my number---but I'm kinda missing those days you could just disappear because cell phones hadn't been invented, yet!
My phone has been more of a nuisance for me lately rather than a convenience.
Telemarketers, debt collectors...whomever these calls may be from should SERIOUSLY read-up on FCC regulations and how robocalls are ILLEGAL. I'm reporting each and every one of mine on my missed calls list and then I think I'll throw my phone in the ocean or sell it on ebay, idc. Not worth the stress.
If I owe any money...these people can kiss my a** cuz they are now indebted to me for being pains in my a**.
I'm filing bankruptcy, anyway. Good luck! :D

Nationwide Credit Corporation.  Called my number but left no message.  Don't know these people.

I'm so sick of these ppl callin me....I never trust a number that idk....

They called and hung up. When I called back I learned it was from NCC Debt collector. So.... I patiently waited, gave them my telephone number to look me up. When they found me I asked if this was being recorded for "Quality control" they said yes. At which point I told them that they had been previously contacted by my attorney as I filed Bankruptcy three months ago and gave them my federal case number and attorney?s name. I also told them that I would let my attorney know for the violation and if they do it again that I planned on suing them per the FCCA and FCRA.  

They keep calling me from this number and never leaves voicemail.  I called them back and  asked them where they calling from, they said ncc. I asked them why you keep calling but he didnt answer my question and kept asking me my birth date and last 4 digit of my social number. I told them i wont tell them unless you tell me why you calling and suddenly that guy cut me off and said  "STOP STOP STOP" and then just hang up on me. Weird guy

This number keeps calling and never leaves a message.  I called it back and the guy hung up on me.  I would like to know how to block this number.

Received 3 calls from this number within an hour. Today's the first time.

NCC Debt Collector- Called the number to find out what they wanted. Told them The person wasnt at this number and didnt know who she was. They stated they would remove my number.

This company is calling me 4 times a day and not leaving messages.  When I answered the call they couldn't pronounce a family members (first name Nicole) but wanted to take about account information with her.  I think it's a scam, because he said she could call and you can talk with my mother about this.

Debt collector for Nationwide Recovery.  They use a 800 and 866 number also. It is for hospital bills. Told them they had the wrong number and they hung up.

I call 703-763-4576 and they said they were looking for insert named individual. I told them that person does not live at this number and they immediately remove my telephone number from their directory. It was a downright pleasant conversation.

Started calling today-calls repeatedly and never leaves a message. When I called back it was a debt collector--BLOCKED!

This number has been calling me since Nov 2013 since I got new phone, called back once and said it was the debt collector. But I have no debts and this person or company has not stop calling. And this number calls me at the same day of the week around the same time.. Its is creepy. And I asked them to stop but they haven't.

Scammers, rude and with no class.

This number keeps calling me.  Don't know who it is.  There getting on my nerves.  They hang up and never leave a message.

these people call me daily (at least) you call back and ask to be removed from the list, they hang up. this is ridiculous

Just received a call from this number--a woman on the other end identified herself as being from Nationwide Medical Center--I had her repeat it numerous times because the call was breaking up and I could not understand what she was saying.  She asked me to "verify" my birth date. (To "verify" information, seems to me the caller should be able to provide you the information and ask you if the information is correct, right?) I told her I would not giver her that information.  She told me that without my birth date she could not discuss "the matter" with me. I said again that I would not provide her my birth date and asked her what the call was about.  She told me she could not tell me that without my birth date. We had this back and forth for several seconds. I repeated each time that I would not give her any information until she told me the reason for the call.  She again repeated that she couldn't do that without my birth date.  She then added "Ma'am, I cannot do anything with your birth date".  When I again refused to provide that information she said "well, then, I'll just send a letter".  I suggested that might be a good idea but she never asked me to verify my address.  Have no idea who these folks are but sounds like lots of different calls are coming from this phone number.

You can call the parent company and file a complaint with them too.  866-335-3361  It buys debts from hospitals.  You can also report them to http://www.acainternational.org/.  They called me non-stop.
