have received calls from this number telling me it is Sallie Mae as well. however do not call back to this number or start making any payments. they will tell you to go to website and enter in with ss# and birth date. they tried to get me to make payments after I had already fixed my loans with Sallie Mae directly. this number tried to scam student loan payments from my husband as well saying they were Sallie Mae and that he owed money. which was incorrect being that his education was paid thru the GI Montgomery bill.

Its a loan place in the states keeps calling for some guy who owes loans..... I live in Canada so idk what they are are doing with my number and why they keep harassing me

Got a call from this number....looking for a person who is deceased...they want to know if I have a telephone number to reach them. They obviously checked the stupid box to get a job. What part of DEAD do you not understand?

Started yesterday and has made numerous attempts. If I don't recognize the number or
the I.D. is a name I don't recognize, I don't answer. I figure if it is an important call, who ever is calling will leave a message that's why I have an answering machine

Yeah, finally answered it. Sallie Mae and Dept of Education loans. They got me. I owe, time to start paying. Actually I had been avoiding them because I got laid off. Now I have a job. Go ahead and answer it and face the music.

Calls repeatedly, never leaves a message. Switches numbers every few days. Keeping records for court. Collector for student loans, not Department of Education, but a collector for them.

Got a call from this number today. I didn't answer. They left a message, and it was from the Dept. of Education for my student loans.

Yeah, this one just started a couple of days ago. I didn't answer but they didn't leave a message. The bad thing is I'm looking for a job but usually valid headhunters send and email as well as call. And they leave a message.
I'm glad to at least see some folks posting it ... that is always a good sign that it is a bogus call.
