this number 704-111-1111 keeps calling wont quit even if you answer and rudely point blank tell them to stop. they call right back. this is an everyday occurance.

They call and some body starts with a foreign language that you can not understand. If you hang up they call back with another number. I bought a whistle and every time they call and someone gets on the line I blow the whistle in the phone as loud as I can I hope it hurts their ear drum.
