These people are rude and pushy, just like a scam. They should know that threatening someone is illegal. They need to be put out of business with the rest of them. There needs to be a law passed that only legitimate businesses can operate.

I Wish these people would quit calling I did give them information on a prepad debebt card until I found out that they are scamers they said that my husband owes money on a payday advance but I did reconize that company if they are tring to scam us I do not want to give them any money until I recieve papers saying he owes them or even if it would go to the right place or they are trying to get dome money off us for their befit

My 18 year old daughter just received a call from this number, leaving a message saying she had to be in District Court Tuesday morning for a hearing. Then the recording says, to call a 1-888 number for further details.
I am assuming this is a scam, because the daughter has never been in any trouble; nor has she received anything in the mail about a court case.
She did not write down the 1-888 number, but it is probably best to ignore this. After all, if you are due to be in Court for anything.... the Court would have let you know via a Summons.
