This service is a rip off! It is a way to pre pay collect calls from the jail. By the time I put $25 into the account my son stopped calling. They took out a $4.75 processing fee off the top. When I called to get a refund they took another $5 service fee. So after having my account charged $25, I got zero phone time and they will refund me $15.25 in 30 days. Never again!

It is definitely the jail here in Charlotte, someone you know got arrested and is trying to call collect, cell phones sometimes are set up NOT to accept collect calls and when you call back, no one answers... :(

Yeah man, I got a call at 1055pm and another at 4pm. It says its a collect call, but my cell provider doesn't accept collect calls and so the call drops. When I call back,it rings and then goes into fax mode. Oh well?

I am not sure what the call was for but the caller ID said Prison and it was a collect call. Have collect calls blocked so the call would not go through when I answered. Won't answer this again either.
