Calls twice a day never leaves a message

They keep calling me for a bill that i dodnt owe harrasing me

Call has been calling me telling me that they were getting ready to serve me with paperwork for a payday loan from 2002 and somehow obtained phone number to family members telling them that they were looking for me because of Felony Fraud charges......... This company is the fraud and I asked several times not to call my number. Will not give me address of company and i recieve calls from North Carolina and Illinois

called to say i had committed malicious intent to defraud and was going to be sent to jail funny they had no idea of where i lived or worked at time of debt..............................................should know that the place they were claiming the debt to does not exist in our area it is over 100 miles from where i live nice try better luck next time........................

A lady by the name Mary Green called about a old loan or I would go to jail.  She me  this number to call back.

This company called for my husband today. Saying that he took out a payday loan in 2004 and they were filing charges and going to have him arrested. I told them they were a scam and that I had already talk to the FTC and attorney generals office. When my husband got home he called them back and as soon as he said his name they hung up. SCAM

I got a call from this number stating that I had a debt from 2007 about a bad check I wrote and did not reconcile it. They wanted to know the best time that I would be home so that they can serve me with a supina. People never ask you that when they are really trying to serve that type of legal document. Received a call from this number, the voice mail stated it was a direct number to the woman that called however it was not a direct number. I googled this company name and came up with nothing.  When I called back to find out what it may be about, not only did they have my name wrong, they had me listed from a former last name but they also had employment information incorrect.  They told me it was about a payday loan from 2006.  In 2006 I had not been the name that they had listed nor worked for the employer they had listed for close to two years.  The woman I spoke to became rude and nasty when I advised her that in 2006 I was not the name given nor was I working for that employer.  I asked for copies of original paperwork and she stated that she would send me a questionnaire but would not send copies of the original paperwork.  I advised her that without copies of the original paperwork I would not be pay anything!  I advised that she should investigate fraud because the information that she had was incorrect.  I ended the call when she began yelling at me.  What she does not realize is that I work for attorney's would will be getting all of this information in the morning!

I received a call marked " Unknown."  When I answered it, the man on the other end asked for my son.  I informed him he was unavailable.  I asked who was I speaking with, and he replied that he was calling from the Law Firm of International Arbitration.  I asked what was this matter regarding.  He indicated that it was a legal matter and he could not discuss it with me. I asked him for a number.  He gave me 704-743-4322.  I asked for the name of this firm, and he reiterated " the Law Firm of International Arbitration and he hung up.  I decided to do research and found these posting about this place.  Thanks for helping us to expose these types of places and scam artists.

what will you do help me

My husband calls me this morning upset! They called him telling him he got a loaned back in 08 and that he needs to pay or his getting locked up...so the girl gets all rude with him and hangs up on him after he told her he was getting his attorney.

That's crazy, my husband got a call from them this morning and told him the same thing, there were NOT professional at ALL!

I had a couple of calls from this number yesterday and today. They said that I didn't pay that a case would be filed against me in my home county and then I would have to pay court cost and fees totaling over $3500.
I spoke with an attorney and they told me to ask for the account number and address of where to send the funds. So when they called back today; I did and they would not give it to me. They only gave a supposed case #. I told them I don't feel comfortable giving them my bank or credit/debit card information. They insisted that was the only way to settle this matter. I said no I don't want to do that do the scams that go on. Then he said well we have another way to do this, he offered me a chance to pay by using Green Dot or a Walmart card. Sounds kin da coming an Attorney! Plus , he was cursing on the phone during our conversation. I will call my attorney in the morning and inform her of this conversation.

Received a message under the guise of unknown caller telling me to call this number 704-743-4322.  The message they left was the following:  "Good Morning.  My name is James.  I'm calling from the firm of International Arbitration in regards to the case pending against ________(he gave my name here).  Currently we have issued documentation to you outlining the allegations that are being presented against you via the United States Postal Service, and at this time there has been no response.  Due to the lack of response it currently has been mandated that I do obtain a statement from you or your representing legal counsel, concerning case number ____(he gives a case number here that does not reflect any case numbers filed in any court of law).  You or your attorney may contact me directly at 704-743-4322.  I do appreciate your time and cooperation and wish you the best of luck."  Collection company using scare tactics.  At first I thought he was saying the Postal Service was suing me.  But they are saying that they tried to notify the person they named using the postal service.  They do this to scare you into calling.  If they can give all of this information on the voice mail they can give the information regarding the alleged debt they are after.  Trying to trick people doesn't get their alleged debt collected and if anything creates a veil of distrust.  I don't feel this company is reputable or trustworthy when they use tactics like these and the ones that I read above.  It's no wonder people don't respond to debt collectors.

My brother in law calles me and tells me that number 704-743-4322 is trying to get ahold of my husband so I call the number and it is an arbitration company and his names was James Burns and I gave him my case number that was given to me and he said well give me a phone number and I told him I had given him the case number and he should have all info by that and then he gets nasty and calls me a smart a** and a few other things I say excuse me and hang up. If in deed you were a true collector you would not talk to a client that way. I think this company is a fraud and if it calls again I will take all action as I can.

I received a letter from these people. Checked the 888-230-4530 number and saw it was a scam. Also, one of my family members spoke to a Jonathan Chase at 704-743-4322 ext 104. He also stated he was calling about a debit from Oct of 2005. Thank goodness I knew to pull up both phone numbers to check for scams.

You can sue them for misrepresentation, making false threats and violation of third party disclosure.

I would like to find out if I can go after this company for slander? For them to call relatives and tell them they're trying to reach me for a civil matter in a fruad case, especially when it not true. Then they never leave a name of the company on my answering service or with the relatives. When I call the number back it says " the person at ext.116 is not avaiable and the mailbox is full". Really, but its urgent that I return the call?!

i recieved a call from this number saying that it was investigator from international arbitration who was a collection agency from budget payday loan company in sacramento,ca and thier were trying to get monies that were from six years ago and told me if i didnt pay that i would go to jail. but the thing this company doesn't even use this collection agency.

I recieved a call from this number this morning and have no idea what the woman on the other end of my answering machine was talking about. Civil case? Fraud investigator? Case # the whole shot....glad I seen this page I was starting to be really worried!

Received acall from this number on a Saturday morning early around 7:30 am.  Said she was an investigator, but would say for what.  I told don't ever call my house again because she was not looking for me.

HOW DO WE STOP THIS NUMBER FORM CALLING?

Someone keeps calling our office asking for a former employee, Although told this person no longer works here, they keep calling. How do I stop these calls.

LM stating that they were "James Burns from International Arbitration" in the case of the United States Postal Service vs. the name of the girl that had our phone number before us (5+ years ago and we're STILL getting calls for her).  When I called back, I spoke with Sam Fisher, who wouldn't let me speak with James Burns nor leave him a message.  I asked to have my number taken off their call list, so we'll see what happens.
