I have yet to pick up this phone call but this must be a scam because I barely just turned 18, with obviously no credit history. I have no credit cards, nothing. It's really annoying recieving these calls.

I have to disagree with the comments posted. I signed up and they actually DID lower my interest rates. I knew it wasn't my credit card company calling me but I didn't care. Not only did they lower my interest rates on almost all of my credit cards but they explained to me the way the interest rates work and what options are available to me. What most people don't realize is that they have many options that they make available to their clients. My motto is if you don't try you will never know. I look at is this way: I would have to pay a lot more for a Financial Advisor from the Yellow Pages and plus I would have to meet with him/her and it just doesn't fit my lifestyle, I don't have time for that. What I have now is a Financial Advisor that I can make an appointment with and talk to anytime I want for the one time processing fee. He has actually helped me with some other small financial matters and has given me some sound advise. FYI the interest rates that were lowered varied, I got 0% on two cards and between 4% and 9% on the other cards, I think those interest rates are very good considering I had interest rates between 13% and 19% previous to signing up. If you know anything about interest rates then you will know that this amounts to HUGE savings over the years.

I have been so tried of getting these types of calls I got rid of my AT&T phones and only have CELL phones.  And I still get calls from people like this one at the 704-866-1095.  After the first month I started to keep a list of the total numbers.  Well on average they start at 8:15am and end around 9pm.  I have received a total of 537 in the past 3 months.  I did talk to three people and first I ask then I told them I DID NOT WANT ANY MORE CALLS.  But they still continue to call.  When I posted this message I have looked at my phone during the past 5 rings and 4 were from them.  What can we do?  Can we put a class action suit on them?  Me must be able to stop these people.

I am a doctor, and this number continues to call our surgery and ask for me. As you can guess, we are busy and I do not have time to put up with these jokers who abuse the telephone system and disrupt my work and hinder the work of others.

Anyway, I was at work yesterday and a call from this number was directed to me from the front desk. The caller, who named himself "Paul House", told me that there had been suspicious activity on my credit card and to verify that I was the owner before further action was taken. Obviously, I am not a fool and told the man, who was speaking in a very heavy tone as though he had no time for me to say anything other than my credit card number, that what he was trying to do was against the law, it is illegal and I would be notifying the appropriate authorities. He became very abusive, would not allow me to get a word in edge-ways and said some very nasty things to me. I did not have time to argue with the man, and promptly hung up.

This number has, since, been calling the front desk in 20 minute intervals and continues to ask for me. I have told the staff not to forward these calls to me as they are wasting my time, and this caller has given verbal abuse to the staff when they refuse to forward his calls to me.

I am very fed up with the conduct being exercised by this person and I shall be notifying the police tomorrow as these calls to a medical practice are, most probably, illegal and he is also committing fraud by asking for my credit card details.

So I can concur that I've received the abusive language back and received countless number of calls. When I asked about being taken off their do not call list they told me it would take 30-45 days for my number to be dropped off. I can get several calls a day and it's been going on for weeks now.

Yes, I got a call from this number on all business days but after business hours, there is an exception today, I got a call by noon. But I was not at my desk at that time. But Its a great disturbance of the week. My company already booked a complaint to the cyber crime department. Since it looks like some VOIP number like Majic Jack, Vonage. Very soon this will be stopped.

Cheryl and Shelley are right. They keep calling my place of employment. We have asked them to stop. If you select 1 to have your number removed, they still continue to call. If you ask to speak to their supervisor or ask the name and location of the company they become incredibly profane and verbally abusive. I talked to someone named Sean. He was beyond profane and abusive. I can't even begin to describe the filthy and disgusting things coming out of this Maggot's mouth. They are located in Concord North Carolina. Please contact the Attorney General's office of North Carolina as I did and file a complaint. They are very nice and helpful.

Said they would negotiate with credit card companies to lower my interest rate, as long as I wasn't over the limit on at least one of them. Wanted the card numbers for the one that wasn't over the limit.

She sounded real excited about actually talking to someone who didn't hang up on her or shout profanity. I told the lady I didn't have the cards in front of me and would call her right back if she gave me a number to call. Then she lost all her enthusiasm.

She gave me a bogus 800 number for a steel company. If they were legit, she would have given me a valid phone number.

Just a bunch of scam artists fishing for credit card info.

They call me 5 times a day, so I has some time on my hands and did some research. I left this post on another website talking about 704-886-1095, heather card services etc... I was on google, and I googled CARD SERVICES and low and behold there are folks everywhere that have more info than just the number. I found this....

Guess what? I FOUND "HEATHER FROM CARD SERVICES!"

Have you been getting those scam calls from "Heather From Card Services," offering to lower your card's interest rates? Or calls that your "car's warrant was about to expire?"

You know, all those calls from spoofed Caller ID numbers from the 506 area code? Or the new ones this morning from the "100" area code? The people using the "Do Not Call" list as a "please call me" list?

Well, I've tracked them down. Thanks to a gullible operator on the call this morning (thank you! Yes, I DO need to send you something), I have all the information you need to pursue these b*****ds to the ends of the earth.

The company responsible for this latest round of calls is:

Easy Financial Solutions
228 Park Avenue South Suite 22280
New York NY 10003
Phone Number: (888)262-3331
Fax Number: (888)262-2947
Website: http://www.ezfinancial.info /

The company operating the call center actually MAKING these calls is:

Financial Freedom Corporation of America
13405 Fawn Springs Drive
Tampa, FL 33626

If you've been getting these calls, this is all the information you need to go file a complaint against them with the FTC. The bottom company is responsible for all the calls. The top company is only responsible for the most recent "card services" calls.

Have fun!

This number keeps calling me at least once a day. They do answer when I answer my cellphone and it says "Please press 1 to placed on the do not call list". I have pressed each time they call and tell me my request has been submitted. This is really annoying and want this stopped. Does anyone know who they are?

I get these calls too. Fortunately I work at a computer and as soon as I see the number come up on caller ID, I open one of these soundboard web pages, http://www.garybernato.com/bela.html or http://www.webtrendsguy.com/crazyalice/crazyalice.swf. I then press 1 to get them on the line and engage them in conversation by pressing one of the buttons on the page that says "Hello" or "What do you want?" After that I start pressing the buttons with the most profane statements. There is nothing they can do about it except hang up. There is no law preventing you from saying anything you want to someone who calls you. It is not like making unsolicited phony calls to old ladies. They called you looking to solicit their services. It's like a radio station or television station asking you to call in. If you are foolish there is nothing they can do. They asked for people to call in.

Same story - I seem to be getting at least one call a day.  Their automated system promises credit card interest rate of 6.9%.  I just got the automated message with choices 1 or 2 (talk to person or remove from list).

For those of you who are called at home there is a complaint form link at the bottom.   http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/consumerfacts/tcpa.html

This number calls my work phone daily!  The problem is that our work number is a number to a hospital and they tie up the lines so we cannot call out if a child is sick.  I spoke to a person on the phone and explained that I would like to be taken off the list due to this reason, and they didn't say a word and hung up on me!

These scammers call me at least once a day, I started out demanding their name, the name of the company they work for and a physical address, usually they hang up without telling me. Then I have repeatedly told them I am on the do not call list and they are breaking the law at which point they promise to put me on their do not call list and hang up- this is bollocks because their machine still calls. I purchased a telezapper gizmo that emits the 3-tone beep for a disconnected number and some others have stopped (dish network, auto warranty) but it hasnt dissuaded these clowns. I think next I will try to keep them on the line as long as possible to waste their time and cost them money- a pox on them all.
