Georgian Manor is a scam if you are a victim contact Consumer Services, BBB and Anti Fraud. They need to stop the scam

You have to become creative with these d****eads. gladly acrept the offer but tell them you don't have a credit card. that Will usually stop them dead. Same as the people who call to check your home computer free for viruses. Tell them you don't have one.

I received a call this evening from a man, when I answerwed he did not tell me where he was from and asked from my mother, I told him she wasn't not him and he immediately asked when the best time to get ahold of her was, and I told him I didn't know she was in and out of the house all the time and he sounded very ignorant and when I asked who he was or what he wanted he talked in an ignorant tone and said " I will try her again some other time" and hung up on me. I don't need some ignorant pricks calling my homephone trying to scam my widow mother. If it happens again I will call the canadian fraud center and tell him don't ever call this phone again or else I will report his a** and he will get busted for trying to scam people!

I also filled out two ballets at a trade show in St.Catherines..and ever since then I've been getting calls from all sorts of ppl saying I've won paid trips etc..never will I give out my number at a trade show again!! These phone calls with no messages left are pudding me off!!

I bought this deal on DEAL GETTERS on line, unfortunetly di not read fine print. I decided to call and make reservation, when I was asked of my age and how much I make money a year, I was stunned and told her it is non of her business, and said I am not interested in anything they have to sell, thus asking them for my money back.  I will get my money back I can assure you, because I will make their lives miserable otherwise, no one scams me, NO ONE

Received a message on my machine from 705-444-5973 saying we won a 100% complimentary weekend at the Georgian Manor in Collingwood Ontario from a ballot we filled out at the home show we recently attended.  Reg (caller) said to call him back at 866-912-7062 to get all the details about our 100% complimentary trip, message saved!!!  Hubby at work and I will get him to call tomorrow and see what the heck is going on.  If this is a scam can you say....LAW SUIT....either way we will get that free trip....ohhhh yes.....Maybe I'll have to let the Georgian Manor know about this

I have talked to 3 different people asking them to stop calling. And they called again. When i called back to demand that this stop, she said get the person's name next time. I told her there won't be a *#?$! next time. And again she started to give me instructions on what to do next time.
Again, I told her the next time isn't going to happen. I asked if she had my number to remove from the list and she said yes and then hung up on me!!!

We just got a call from this number offering us a really good deal at the Georgian Manor Resort. Previous to the call we had filled out a ballot at a local festival for a chance to win a car. Looks like the ballots are part of a scam to get phone numbers for a company trying to sell timeshares at a resort in Collingwood ON. Shame on them! When we refused to give them our credit card number over the phone, the seller swore at us!

I did receive the same phone call from this company, I guess I was scared him. I remembered I filled the ballot in the mall for winning a car. Guess these people has doing a fraud business against the law. They use your info to get your credit card information said you have been chosen to win a free vacation packages...". Please tell all your friends and others to be awared !

Just received a call from this number.  Did the usual, expected monies for holding the room, given 2 nights and three days in Collingwood.  Thought it was a scram and they wanted my credit card.  No to this, and knew it was a scam..

Wanted me to put a 90.00 dollar deposit down but wanted to confirm my credit card number which was not my number at all. Said he had it on file. I hung up on him. Could smell a scam!!

I've just received a call from these people and I was unsure that they were for real, hence looking up the number on this site, so thank you to everyone who has commented on here.  I am shocked that they have they audacity to still keep calling (I have only had the one call so far but am now anticipating more) even if you've said no.  I am very new to Canada and where I used to live this kind of thing would not be tolerated.  I will definitely not be indulging in this stay even if they do say it's free!

My phone is on the do not call registry but I still got called from them... and have not put my name or number into any of those ballots so they have no grounds to be calling. Still another company that ignores the law.

Chris McCoy called me from Florida Bahamas Cruise-Ramade a week ago... similar story but a bit better vacation and asking for 299 instead for registering a free vacations....

I just received a call from them.. so disappointed.... I didn't know about the timeshare, because  they said that I have won from Carassagua Festival, that I won 3 days/2nights or 2days/1 night. They told me to answer YES a question that the income is 75K per year when another person call me back to verify if I received the price... meanwhile I checked at Carassauga winners but my name wasn't there. Then I searched the number on the internet I found lots of this type of report.

He told me they are not selling anything and it was not a time share. BUT, I did have to make a deposit of $79.95 by credit card to hold my booking, stating it would be refunded upon check out.To make my trip so much better he would also throw in a $50 spa certificate, a 10$ voucher for breafast, 2x1 dinner and VIP 20% discount card if I want to spend it at the village.

It's from Resort Holiday Group.  they keep calling my cell.  It's long distance and I have pay as you go. They are now on my reject list.  They also call my home from 866-912-7062.

They are selling time-sharing in the Collingwood area.  From my google research it is very hig pressure sales pitch.

Ballot winners beware.  Everyone who feels out the ballot wins.

I filed out a ballot at the Fort Erie Friendship Festival to win a HARLEY DAVIDSON not a trip or a chance to stay at a spa & resort. ive been called numerous times by this place and the ballots specifically said they wont sell your number or I would have NEVER filled it out.

Im very annoyed by this as I completely shut down my land line with Bell which I've never done because all that ever called it was 1-800 numbers ALL DAY long every single day of the week and even on Sunday evenings. DNC lists suck and dont work.

I emailed the person running the Fort Erie friendship festival to tell them they need to screen who does what at their events.

im pretty sure if someone holding a draw intends on selling your number they wont say anything on the ballot but if they say they wont BY LAW they cant.

I have been getting calls from this number/people for aprox 5 months now. Everytime they call it is a different person. They always say I entered at the "Friendship Festival" which I have never attended. I keep telling them I am not interested take my friggen name and number off your list. I have had them also use unknown name/number or unavailable when calling me. They always call my cell which I never give that number out

Just received another call from this number, they keep asking for someone else. We have told them they have the wrong number. Looks like someone filled out a ballot and gave our number. We also have been getting scam calls from over seas New Delhi. Also a 01191724 number has been calling our home daily. I have had enough. Our phone provider said we should just not anwser those calls and it should stop if they keep getting no anwser.

I have been recieving calls from this number for a week now. It is my cellphone number and i never give it out and dont recal signing any ballots or anything to win something. I dont answer the number and have texted them but it is apparently a landline. But now that i know what this is i can answer and tell them to f off
