Here's a suggestion.  I'm going to try it next time.  Book an appointment under a fake name, give them the address of a police station, fire hall, etc. and have them deploy the crew.  I can't imagine they'll appreciate it.  That may at least make you feel better about all the calls.

Same as complaints above.  Numerous calls for duct cleaning, and they ignore requests not to be called again.

No one there on pick-up. Thinking it was a bot caller for that freaking duct cleaning company.

get your phone provider  to block third party calls. i had to as they keep calling me even though ive told them no, asked to speak to their manager, he then changed his voice and said he was the manager.

You guys know these calls mostly come from overseas and the dial out number is fake. DNS list means nothing to them as they are over seas. Hang-up or waste their time, I prefer to waste their time.

I hate these people.Wish they would quit calling my home!

This number calls at least ONCE A WEEK! I have told them over and over again that we do not want our ducts cleaned. They call at all hours of the night (I get really mad - babies are sleeping). I have told them repeatedly that we have asked them to stop calling and it never works. I always end up saying...."you called last week and my answer is the same - NO!"  They just call back the following week! I did not know that you could actually call the police and report this, I might have to do this because it has been like 6-10 months of the same call. Very frustrating!

If this dirtbag does start to call you daily you can report them to the police.  That is harassing phone calls and they can be charged criminally.

Had three calls - Mar 25th, Mar 29th and April 5th.  All three times - Air Duct Cleaning.  Told we were on the DNC list and to remove our name.  Advised we are reporting them.

I just got another call for duct cleaning.. I pretended I was interested. We spent lots of time reviewing the number of bedrooms, square footage, etc..

I asked for the name of the company - Orient Duct. (http://orientduct.webs.com/).  I asked him to spell it out for me, but he'll spell it wrong for you. I googled it and found it. He said they were based out of Scarbourough.

He wanted my address which I refused to give. I kept him on the phone for about 20 minutes before he realized I had no intention of buy his duct cleaning service. Shaun threatened to call me daily after I got a little verbally abusive with him, and I told him he's in violation for not taking me off his list as requested many times.

I will do this everytime they call now. IF they call. I Think the key is to ask for the company name while they think you are interested. And the more time they waste on one call is less time for others :)

Have had numerous calls from this number.  It normally takes a minute for someone to come on the line and they always ask for Mr or Mrs (Last Name).  They identify themselves as a duct cleaning company, though I've never once had them say which one.  I've asked to be removed from the list, they hang up or ignore me and keep talking.  If I mention the DNC list they normally say "Okay ma'am" and keep talking.  I've even tried to get myself off the list by telling them this is a military housing unit and the minute they hear military they immediately hang up.

Had calls from this number on 25th March and 29th March - when I answered there was no-one there.

Had calls on 23rd March and 29th March - No-one there.
