this # called me yesterday 6/12/13 @ 4 pm. I thought the automated voice said nations bank and they said my account had been frozen for some reason, cant remember and to push 2 or something to give them some info. although they would not ask for important info as they already had that??? Too fishy so hung up right away. I am also in the houston, tx. area.

I received a call at 8:56 saying the same thing. I'm also in Texas and a Chase customer.

Called my cell phone at 9:33 pm. Automated recorded voice. Said my card (couldn't understand which one, because it was such poor quality) was deactivated and I needed to enter info to reactivate it. I realized immediately it must be fraudulent and hung up. Searched the phone number and saw these reports and know that I have a Chase account, that's the only reason I knew it was probably Chase. Called Chase to report it. They verified my account was fine. I am in TX as well.

The call came in at 9pm on my cell phone here in Texas. They wanted my ATM info also but I'm not a chase customer. If only it were a real person I could of had some fun with them. I love messing with telemarketers and I would mess with these people the same way.

Just got this cal on my cell, computer generated voice - said it was Chase Bank and my ATM card was blocked due to suspicious activity - that I would need to verify that the card was in my possession - call started to break up and disconnected. I'm also in Texas and a Chase customer. Called Chase and they verified none of my accounts were blocked and that it was not a Chase phone number.

MSG said from Chase bank wanted my info to turn back on my ATM card. I hung up and reported to Chase Fraud Dept.
