Michael after having dealt with Sandra Finch Lekan (and you're right, she changes her name constantly) I can only say your description above of the misery Sandra Finch Lekan inflicts on everyone around her (including her own clients) is a complete understatement. (Which may be why she changes her name and the firms she works for all the time.)  I applaud you for keeping your cool.  

Let me add, this "attorney" will stalk you and has zero compunction about stalking and harassing your children. She'll use all her power as an officer of the court to punish anyone (client, children, mediator, court psychologist, judge, other lawyers, etc.) simply because she has anger management issues.

She will run up her fees, with last second postponements and requesting un-necessary services. She butters her bread on frivolous filings, knowing full well her clients will lose yet not caring because she'll get paid anyway. Or else.  

If you're a mean-spirited person and want to make your opponent suffer, Sandra Finch Lekan can do that for you. Buyer beware, she'll make you suffer as well.

If you are looking for barbarian like viciousness and have money to burn, this sailor swearing thug attorney is your gal.

This number belongs to Attorney Sandra F. Lekan; or Sandy Finch or whatever other name she decides to be using. I posted this number in case anyone else is called by her or The Russell Law Firm.  This attorney is a nightmare for her own clients.  I can only urge you to find someone else.  The quality of her law work is ordinary which is why she specializes in lower end practices like personal injury and family law. She took her time about things; and, when a settlement was reached she tried to force us to sign, as part of our settlement, a statement that said earned her fee and provided adequate legal.   I have never seen another attorney try to force this on a client in the clients own settlement brief. Because we will not sign this, we are still disputing this settlement with her. Ms. Lekan,  who is actually representing us, is holding up our settlement until we sign (what we believe) is an illegal contract.  She has threatened us with legal action, and she is actually representing us on this insurance claim! There are other things I am leaving out for brevity.  The point is there are other and better attorneys to hire.  This lady is argumentative with her own clients; generally disagreeable; and completely illogical.  I urge you to use ANYBODY else besides her. You will be happy you took my advice.
