What is happening is called caller ID spoofing. They used my business number 707-219-8374 to "mask" their number so you cannot find the real culprit of the multiple telemarketing calls. I called FCC and they explained what is happening. This is totally Illegal> If you are getting calls from this number please call FCC and file a complaint. The phone# is 888-225-5322 press 0 or option. use reference # 14T01363836. This needs to be done to try and help the FCC to stop this epidemic. The more information you can give the FCC the faster they can try to resolve it.  

Yep. The company is AI Solar Power, Inc., located at 15025 Oxnard Street, Van Nuys, California. Phone number is 855-410-4700.

Their in-house telemarketing firm is Go Green Energy Center next door at 15035 Oxnard Street, Van Nuys.

Call this, guy, though, the "Job Recruit Manager" at AI: Kristopher Cherry, 818-574-7332. That's his cell phone number. He will be evasive and nervous that you are able to contact him directly at his personal line.

Call Kris and tell him to have his company stop calling you. He will tell you a bald-faced lie that you are getting calls from a call center that makes telemarketing calls for a bunch of different companies. They happen, however, to be right next door to A1 in Van Nuys. And, if you do internet searches for the telephone number I mentioned above -- 818-574-7332 -- you will see job listing for telemarketers at 15035 Oxnard Street, Van Nuys. Fancy that. Kris can also be e-mailed at kris@a1solarpower.net.

Kris will also give you a load of other b.s., i.e. that he is recording the call, that he will call you back to discuss these matters. Tell him that you will contact the Los Angeles County District Attorneys office to lodge a criminal complaint.

The "National Renewable Energy Center" is a telemarketing front for A1 Solar Power, a solar company with several branches throughout California.

I researched this. It is because the robocall system calls multiple numbers at the same time. If you are not the first to pick up or if they are already on a call it hangs up automatically.

Yep, called me hundreds of times too. And I have solar already. It makes me think it is PG&E harassing me for installing solar.

Also getting calls 2-3x a day for a month now, block that number and the following week its another one of the 707 numbers that poster (In Marin) noted earlier.  Caller never leaves a message.

I keep receiving calls from this company, but when I pick up, no one is there. Please make this stop!

So far they have called 5 times today which totals 208 times they have called so far to date. UGH!

Sorry to tell you, "In Marin," but yes, this is the exact same solar company: "National Renewable Energy Center"  (which name they sometimes use; sometimes not but in any event it is certainly fake).  

I feel your pain, they called me over 300x during a 1 month period last summer.  They finally stopped but have now started again with more than 50 calls in less than 3 weeks.  They absolutely, positively will not stop nor honor any requests to be placed on their "do not call" list.  I block their numbers via my phone, which works for a couple of days, until they start calling with another spoofed number (at one point, I've been called from virtually every number you listed; thanks for doing that, BTW).  I've been polite to them; I've screamed at them; I've hung up on them; I've tried wasting as much of their time as I could;  I've told them I'm dead; I've told them I can't install solar panels; I've told them where they can stick their solar panels; I've told them I'm incarcerated; I've told them I don't have the mental faculties to sign binding contracts; I've asked: "does your Mama know you're a crook because I know you're a crook and you know you're a crook but I was just wondering if your Mama knows you're a crook?"  And, my personal favorite, I recently said to one of these callers: "you must be the world's most optimistic employee!"  The caller replied "why, yes, I am; my manager just told me that this morning I'm proud to say."  To which I replied: "because the last 200 times your company called I said "no" and here you are thinking this time I'm going to say "yes."  If that wasn't so sad, you'd be adorable."  Feel free to use any of these because I'm having way too much fun with 'em (my hope is that I'll eventually start looking forward to their calls!)

I've filed complaints with the FTC, the FCC and the CA State Attorney General's office and Verizon Residential.  Nothing stops them.

At this point, my only option and one I'm seriously considering: canceling my landline service and going cellular only.

this number keeps calleing  no message left   signed up with  nomorobo.com  but this call gets through  what with that.    Totally had it with the robo calls.

when i answered they just hung up.... kinda odd id say. i have no clue who this is. when i searched the number, the website i used said it was wasnt a 10 digit us number and my caller ID said unknown name...odd and annoying. whats the point of that type of call...???
