I got it too.  I received 2 texts from "chase" last month supposedly through t-mobile.  Then I had someone also last week try and use my debit card around the same time (declined thank goodness!!)    I don't know if this is a scam from someone at t-mobile or someone else.  I wish they would stop because I have to pay for texts.

You said "I don't know if this is a scam from someone at t-mobile." It is funny that you should say that because that is how i felt when I got a text from them on my t-mobile phone.

I've been getting messages like this every two days.  The text is from JPMorgan Chase.  I don't even belong to Chase bank.  Tried calling the number and always the number is disconnected or my call can't be completed.  I googled all the numbers and e-mail addresses and came to this page and another page like this.  I feel better that I'm not the only one this is happening too.  Now I know that this is a scam.  I'm going to not only notify Chase about this, but also the police.  I'm pretty sure this can be handled by their identity theft bureau.

It seems every day for the past week my inbox has been filled with these messages. A week before that it was ones about epicard, I do not have one of those nor an account with chase. I can't figure out how they got my number the only thing I can figure is I had been trying to get car insurance quotes online and put my number in those, but they were all well known companies, allstate, geico, esurance. Someone must be selling our information. I tried to email chase about the issue to make sure no one is trying to open an account in my name but it seems chase does not allow you, or provide you with the information, to email them if you are not an account holder. I also have t-mobile.
