This number (707) 501-5204, ID'd as Napa, still keeps calling every day, sometimes 2x a day even!. It's a recorded message about local utilities reduction program. I listened to the whole spiel once, pressed 2 to be removed from their list as was mentioned early part of the recording but they still keep calling! We are listed in Do No Call registry. Apparently, these telemarketers are not aware of DNC (do not call) registry, or they are flying under DNC's radar. Hello DNC, are you for real??

This is a robo call. 3-4 times per day we get them. It is spam message to public utility customers. Caller ID says California. It is an annoying sales call. To whom do I write to block this number?????

I get calls almost daily - I went to the web site given in a comment by David. The only way to contact them on the site is via a contact form - BUT nothing you type shows on the form!

I receive calls from this number several times each day.  When I answer, there is a recorded message that starts with "Attention homeowners" and goes on to explain how I can save on my utility bills.  If I don't answer, the phone only rings three times and stops.  I have also received this same recording from an 800 number, but unfortunately I don't have the number handy for this correspondence.

They keep calling...no message.  On the DNC list does not seem to matter.

Got 4 calls from them yesterday.  Result:  4 more reports.

Report EVERY call, maybe the do not call folks will actually DO something.

They call me every day sometimes twice day - I am on the DNC, and my tel. no. is a business tel#. anything we can do to have this stopped?  Seem to be selling something regarding our PG & E bills.

It's a private organization.  Woman on the line says that  they say they are allowed to call as they are not selling anything. Caller ID shows, "California". Been calling my landline number literally several times a day (if not more) for over a month now!

Prompt says press 2 to be removed but DOESN'T work, they continue to call! Pressing 1 and no one ever answers. Even called them but got answering machine.

EVERYONE REPORT THEM TO THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST!!!

I went to the Do Not Call registry and registered a complaint about these "Attention Utility Customer" robo calls. If they get enough complaints they'll be investigated. At least do that.

The DNC list does NO good. It was NEVER a serious attempt to stop these kinds of calls. It was simply your government making you THINK it was doing something for you.

I too have rec'd calls from this number. After 3 rings, they hang up. No msg is ever left. And they call several times a day, at least 3 times a week. So very frustrating since I am on a DNC list.

I have 9 calls from this number in the past few days. Who ever it is has been calling twice a day.

I'm on the DNC list and this number keeps calling me, not leaving messages but it's still annoying to have to erase all the empty messages that clog up my voice mail!

Rec'd one at 8:24 this morning, one yesterday at 4:48 pm, two the day before at 5:20pm and 4:34 pm, also a call on June 8, two on June 7, one on June 6, and those are just the one's I haven't deleted from my CID yet. If it's so important, why don't they leave a message? I have also received messages with the above stuff about public utilities but don't know if it's the same number. How do I get them to stop calling?

This number calls many times a month and sometimes several times in a day.  They hang up after 3 rings before my answering machine activates. I'm on the DNC list. CID shows "California."  I haven't answered, but I'm getting tired of the phone ringing and interrupting me.
