This man has called my work and harrassed me and cussed me out ..I have caller id so I call it back wanting to speak to "davids" supervisor and "Neil stevens" gets on the phone..is there anything we can do?

I got a call today from a neil stevens also saying the same thing I know I never got and online loan from anywhere I know I applied for one but never got it..

They also called my work but when I called the number back it said can not complet call as diled and the persons name was a Robin Dyson

It Is a SCAM!! Do not give them any info to you credit cards or bank account(s)... They have called me twice now and when I inform them I have attorneys and law enforcement in the family they get mad. It is someone that buys your info from other companies and then tries to scare you into giving them money so you wont " go to jail ".. you are not going to jail!

Yes.  Thankfully you people put down the information about what a scam this is.  It has been happening to me since June 9 2011.  They have been calling my home, and work harassing me.  I went to the police.  Do not talk to these people.  Its a scam to scare you and to try to get cash.  They will say anything over the phone.  Its funny because I was like why have I not been notified by mail??  
Aside from that these people that are calling dont even sound like they are U.S. citizens.

this is a scam and very annoying and embaressing when they call your work phone. something needs to be done.

This company is BOGUS!!!!! I received a call to my job and when i got a break i called them back and asked what was this in reference to they said that it was for a loan that i received from one of Cash advance usa's 500 lender. When I asked what company was it under she said that she did not know all she had was a legal affidavit that said i owe money. So I continued to ask probing questions and she began to get very angry. And when I informed her that it was illegal for company to contact my place of employee in the state of MA in regards to debt collecting. She said she began yelling and said she was not calling about a debt. How funny is that when she called and said that i OWE MONEY! This people are a joke. PLEASE do not give this people your account number or debit card number the will try to take everything in the account. Also if it is a real legal lawsuit or court order document they would have mailed it to your current address where you live.

Don't worry it is a scam if u took out a loan call the company the same thing happened to me today they wanted me to western union the money i talked to the lender and they said do not do it and i talked to a dectective and i promise u its a scam!!!!!!!!!

these people are a scam what happened was i took out a payday loan and this number calls and says that ur company is taking u to court and you need tp pay the loan off they will sound all porfessional and tell you to fax a paper that you didn't mean to default on the loan but it is a scam make sure to call ur lender DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!!!!!!! I talked to a detective in this matter and he advises that it is a scam!!!!!

I received a call from this number and they stated that it was a serious matter and for me to return the call he said his name was jack davis and it was extension 181.  They called my work phone

I received a call from a Neil Stevens as well. 707-646-1658 Ext. 207. Same deal as above, Can't find any information on this company? It is really annoying.

...i found them..and they are really officer...so if you want to resolve your matter than talk with them....and get out of your case..

I received the same call  from David Coleman.  They have called me several times today.  Thought it was all kind of hinky.  I called the sheriff's department and a deputy called the number and told them not to call me anymore & if they intended to take me to court to send the paperwork.  What scares me..... They had my social security number.

i got the same call from neil stevens same number and extension he said the same exact thing about the name and social but never said what it was in regards to so i just ignore them.

I received a call today from a Neil Stevens at 707-646-1658 x207.  He states he is from the Bureau of Crime Identification and he says there is a lawsuit against me with my name and ss #.  He keeps calling and threatening me "if you don't call, you'll be sorry."  Come to find out this is a scam going on.  I did apply for a quick loan online and I believe this is how they got my information.  Don't know what to do,  any suggestions?

They just called my work. You can barely understand him, but his name is David Coleman. Come on are you serious. That is the most American name they could have picked. He said he was the Officer and that I need to have my Attorney of Law contact him. So I wrote down his number and extension and called. Gave him a fake name (Pepper Salt) and he said I owed money and I was going to jail. Then I found out these people are not even located in the United States. They have a way to route all calls from their country and the number shows up with a number from the United States.

they keep calling me telling me the gone send me to court how i owe this company money all kind of stuff calling my home my job harrassing me everyday!
