No, these scammers seem to keep calling.  You just have to keep blocking them and not answering calls from numbers you don't recognize.  You can report the callers to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General, however, if they're offshore scammers, the US government can't really do anything to them.  You could tell the callers that the FBI is monitoring all calls they make to you, but even that may only work at stopping them temporarily.

Wow. I finally got a nubmer out of the guy.  I have been harrassed by these people for months now.  So the question is, has anyone figured out a way to stop the calls?

I have experienced everything mentioned above.  Sometimes I owe them money and some times they want to give me a loan.  I honestly, without exageration, dont even know how many numbers they have used to call me.  Each time they call, I have that number blocked, and then they just call with a new number.  Each number registers from a different place.  Some times they call using an "unknown" number & that number cannot be blocked.

They're calling for a Jon Smith.  Instead of saying, yes, im Jon Smith, asked what company this was that was calling me.  He asked if I was Jon again. I said, well, what company are you with.  He said Fast Cash.  I asked for an address & a phone number.  Each time took a lot of work to get any info out of him.  All the while he's calling me a mother f**ker, son of a *****, and wanted to know why i was wasteing HIS time. Ha.

My mom received a call from a man as well as a email from www.fastcash.org. He stated that he wanted to offer her a loan. My mother was in need for a loan to help her fund a church that needed to be moved and fixed up. The scam artist offered her a loan and said she had been pre- approved for 15,000 but how much do she want. Before she gets the loan she need to completely pay off a loan with ez-money which the amount was $430,before they can give her the loan for 2000.Yes she paid off the loan through PayPal and additionally amount totaling $850.Noted:My mom doesn't owe a loan with ez-cash they lied. They didn't want to use her info they wanted her to go through PayPal.Stated: the money will come in her account the next day. She called the next day and the man told her that her account is on  hold and if she pays $150 he will seen the money. She finally realize this was an scam. Yes my old mother fell for this scam. They gave her several of #'s 707-7062207,619-5031208 trying to pretend like they were trying to send her a loan. So sad so sorry this had to happen to her. Trying to help a church in need, mother  lost all her money she saved up on her own, to help a church and lost it all on a scam. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR SLICK TALK IT'S Always a SCAM

We have received calls all week from this and other numbers asking for a "Jeff Smith".  I posed as "Jeff Smith" to ge more info out of him.  He stated that he was calling from "FastCash" and offering me a personal loan from $1000 to $10000 at 10% interest.  I asked him for a web site he gave me "www.fastcash.org".   I told him that it was weird that they would have a .org address and then the abuse began - asking me if I work in finance, etc., later on when I asked for a mailing address to send the paperwork he said that he could not give me that information.  When I turned up the resistance to ask him if he was serious that I would borrow money from a company that would not give me a mailing address, he started calling me a mother f**cker, and son of a b***, etc.  Nice guys.  Just don't give them anything they can use.

This is a scam phone number. I have been harassed for days by this guy from numbers all over from NY to the Caymen islands! First they tried to tell me I owe money then asking if I want a loan!!! It's fraud and a scam!!!
