I got a call from Melvin today saying that I had won 1 of 4 possible prizes from a contest I had entered within the last 18 months. He was using phone # 708.515.9589. He said he had been trying to call me for months and that he also knew I was on the "do not call list" so he was "for real" not a scammer

Got a breathless voice mail message from Melvin at the "notification center."  He swears this is not a telemarketing or timeshare call, he knows I'm on the do-not-call list, but I need to call him at 866-907-2330 ext. 124 because I may almost be about to maybe qualify to possibly be awarded a (garbled) something!  The phone number he calls from is 708-248-7501, in the US, Illinois, Berwyn, Cicero, Oak Lawn area.  Next I'm going to research how Illinois handles phone scammers.  Maybe the Illinois attorney general or someone else policing this kind of thing can make an in-person visit to Melvin and Marilyn and collect their prize.
