Who keeps calling and why...no msg is left

Whoever is calling my house from this number calls time and time again. I answer and say hello five times and each time they never say anything and after a few seconds they hang up, yet they still keep calling again and again.The caller ID says POTS PHONE but when I try and call back it says the number you have dialed is not valid. I have had problems with people scaring the living crap out of me... Literally.... By making me fear for my life, and this is really bothering me. I don't know what to do.

I've received several calls from this number (710)666-2222 , and am not aware of who would be calling from a number of this sort; Very annoying !

i answered tow times, different people, they said i have virus in my windows computer, but i don't have windows computer.

They called me a couple of times saying they were from Window and saying that I have a virus on my computer that they want to help me fix.

Have gotten several calls from this number. Ignored them and tried to call back once but call wouldn't go through. Not sure what's up with it. I just blocked it.
