They just called again, and I answered.  They claim to be a mortgage insurance company, I told them I was on the Do Not Call list and they apologized and said they'd remove me.

They call several times a day and never leave a message.

I finally got a real person on the phone, they said they were a calling company and that it was for wells fargo. I threatened to sue them for telephone harrassment, got a manager and a call back number. No phone calls for 9 days now!! YAY!

Calls numerous times a day, never leaves message

i gto a phone 2 times today from 712 945 0164  to day fist time they hung up second time the  asked for me by fist and last name y do these people do this to us they wouldnt like getin calls like this every day all day

if you keep track of time, date when they call you can report them and possible take themto court and get around $500.00.  Worth a try.

they called three times today, they ask for me by my first & last name and when I ask "who is calling? they dont reply. very annoying,I dont know how I got on their list., if I dont answer they never leave a message

We started getting these about 4 days ago, they're calling 5-7 times a day. I finally answer the phone when I see it and they won't even talk to me, wanting to talk to my wife. Please contact 800-470-1453 to be placed on the Do Not Call list if you want to stop the calls.  Do not contact Donna at 302-661-7561.

they keep calling leave no message finally i answered it they said they were from global affiliated with finger hut. called fingerhut they arent.   dont want them calling thankyou

They harvest telephone numbers from the internet. My number is unlisted except on my website. Many calls that hang up. Calling every few hours.

Have been receiving calls all day from this same number, tried contacting the 800 number listed for in one of the entries and they said they could not access account without my phone number, don't give it to them.

I received a call from them.  An Insurance company up North.  After asking my name, they hung up.  I considered it suspicious, so, I called the number back.  This is a company trying to sell insurance, but calling back their number allows you to put your number in the "National Union Insurance of Pittsburg, PA" Do not call list.  Simply call their number back and at the tone, enter your telephone number.

Calls 4--5 times a day

I have called AIG union fire insurance co. and they directed me to a woman named Donna at 302.661.7561 She can help call her. No one should have to tolerate this calling several times a day and hanging up on me. I pay for the phone and i dont give my number out to people to prevent this and i should be able to control who calls me!
you can also do *57 and the phone company will trace the call for 1.85 and call them and instruct them to not call this number.

I've been getting several calls every day for weeks, with same results as those above. How do we get them out of our lives????

Just called the 800 number listed in this forum and put my number on the DO NOT CALL list.  BTW, that 800 number connected me to AIG Insurance.

How about 32 calls in just the past 72 hours? In total, they have called me 137 times despite threats to the company to sue them for harassment.

I think a class action suit would get their attention, don't you?

BTW, I attached a specific ring tone to that number, so that, whenever they call, I send them to voice mail.

This 712.945.0164 Is driving me mad they have called 6 times today.

Call day after day and several times a day asking for me.  When my wife answers and ask what they want the hang up.

I'm recieving these calls at my work extension several times a day starting this week.  They obviously have no business with anyone in my office so this is ridiculous.

These calls are coming from an automated dialer that will transfer you to a person when you pick up IF A REPRESENTATIVE is available (the "click" you hear), otherwise the (computer) dialer will hang up and try again later.  They make more calls than there are generally representatives available which explains the hangups. If you get a person tell them to take you off their call list.  Otherwise, the donotcall registry and an unlisted number will not help you since your all your mortgage info is public record information.  The best you can do is call YOUR mortgage company and give them all the info and hope they act in your behalf after they get enough people complaining. The only good news is to tell your mortgage company to stop the US mail solicitations from other mortgage copmanies, and they will "opt out" your name from that list.  This doesn't help with the phone calls.  Also, just to add to your day, companies can buy a list of "unlisted" phone numbers, legally.  Welcome to the "age of information".  (I got this information from the tech suppost at my mortgage compnay and my bank.)

The same number keeps calling, I finally answered and the asked for my husband. I told them that he wasn't home and asked for a return message. She said quote "there is no message, I'll just call back." THAT ANNOYS ME!!
