idiot@#^%$# called july 23 at 3.51:pm, caller id shows name not found - how in the h--l do the idiots get a private residence #? what good is the government do not call registry - like everything else, worthless.
we won't answer calls with area codes that are not known to us.

I receive this call about 3 times a week from a lady named Rachel.  She wants to give me information about my credit card.  I just hang up.  But today I did press 9 and several foreign speaking persons came on the line I could not understand a word they said.  I was hoping to get them to take my number off their calling list.  I did not give them any information.  I am on the no call list but this does not stop these calls.

As the above, I punched 9 to repeat I wanted off their call list as they had promised.  The "lady" informed me she was trying to help me.  She knew I had a balance of over 3,000 and could help me lower my interest rate.  I asked her how she knew my balance and she said she had the information on her screen.  (I don't owe anything on the visa card.)  She then wanted the expiration date of my card to verify that I was the correct person.  Playing along I gave her the date.  Then....SHE WANTED MY CARD NUMBER TO AGAIN VERIFY THAT I WAS THE PERSON ON THE CARD!!
I said if she had the card information on her screen she had the number.  And of course...again the line went dead.  I've filed three complains against this company with the NO Call List and have yet to receive a response from them.  Ohhh...I forgot...the lady also said not to worry about giving out my card number because my card is insured and I wouldn't lose any money if it was incorrectly used.
They would keep phoning unless some people are giving them this information.  What good is a no call list if no one will enforce the list or at less tell a person that filed a complain they are trying.

I received a call from this number.  Punched "9" and told the guy that I was on the Do Not Call list and if they ever called my number again, I would report them to the Attorney General of the state I live in and report them for harassment.  He then hung up on me.  We will see if it did any good.

Its a bunch of scammers ~ they claim to be offering to lower your interest rate on your credit cards, but they play dumb when I said I am on the do not call registry and to remove my number from their call list.... they started saying stupid stuff about how they are on the do not call registry too and acted like they hadn't heard me and asked why I was calling them....when I repeated myself then the guy started his sales speech on the credit card and I said again, remove my phone number from their call list the guy then started speaking Arabic.....what a bunch of jerks.

I just had this call.  Said they were from card member services. I asked which card and they said all.  Asked me if I had interest rates above seven percent. I said no. Then he said "How much do you owe?" I told him I don't because I pay off every month. I then asked "Would you please remove my number from the list?" He said "No you f-ing b-! why the F- would you waste my time if you don't have any credit cards...
TERRIBLE!!!  Just don't answer.

thank you for your advice i hope every one takes it. i never pick up the phone unless i know who is calling. i have been geting these unwanted calls for a long time now. not just from these people but other scammers to. i have also gotten them on my cell phone. the do not call list is a joke if you ask me. this crap has got to stop. and i would have called the cops if some one was speaking vulger to my child. thats just sick to think these total strangers are calling our homes and doing these things.... anyway thank god i was'nt home when this call came in i hate hearing the phone ring over and over.

Rec'd a robo call from 713-000-0009 this morning about lowering my credit.  Sure!   When I pressed "9" to get to a person (primarily to tell them they're calling someone on Do Not Call list), I got a dial tone.   When I called the number back to tell them to take me off their calling list, I got a message saying "call cannot be completed as dialed".  GRRRRR!

How do you get these people to stop calling?  I get several calls a day from different numbers each time wanting to lower my interest rates! I answered once and asked which card they were talking about and they said all of them and wanted my card numbers! I DON'T think so! They were extremely rude and would not remove my number!

call from "unknown name" 2:57pm 6/8/12. i did not answer. caller left no msg.

I agree, why can't these people be stopped,first junk mail, now junk phone, just as bad as junk e mail. GRRRRR

Our state attorney general office said do not answer this call at all.  If you, or a machine answers, they WILL keep calling you.  They are crooks, and do not care about the do not call list.  Get caller ID and do not answer.   After a while they may think it is not a working number and give up

Received the call again about lowering interest rates. This time I did press 9 to speak to a rep.
She said she would call me back because I sounded drunk. (I do not drink). Asked what I needed to do to get my name and number off their calling list. She hung up on me.
We receive this call from the same number at least once a month or more. Need to do something about this.

Just received a call from this number today at 11:30 am.. Didn't answer the phone, no  message. Wish they would quit calling..... I'm on the do not call list, but guess that's not doing any good!!

They keep calling and I'm on the no call list. Don't need these people calling me at 8am when I'm disabled and have a hard time sleeping any ways. I have real bad mornings and wish they would leave me alone.

just received a call from this number....i pressed 9 to speak to a live person...couldnt hardly understand them. i told them that i wanted them to remove my number from their list and to not call again...i asked if they were in india and he said no that he was in orlando...i asked him again to remove my number and he said no....i said you called me he said no he didnt that i pressed a number and called him. i asked for his supervisor and he wouldnt transfer me....then finally i guess i got someone else...they ended up calling me a bi*** and kept saying they didnt call me that i called them....SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! i do not want their lower interest rate crap, i dont want them to call anymore!!!! how can they be stopped???????

Called today and my 5 year old answered when i took the phone from them the fool on the other end asked for sexual favors!!!!!  

This has got to stop!  We need to all file complaints with the fcc

I had this call that has a womans voice recoreding said if I want to lower my interest on my credit cards press 9. So I did and this guy came on the line and I told him that I want them to remove my phone number from their call list. He start asking me questions like if I was married If I have any kids. I told him yes on both then he asked how old I am told him in my 40's he said that I sound much younger. Then he asked if I was very pretty.  Then he asked if I was marred again. then he wanted to know if we have sex. told him that it is none of his busniss. he told me that it was so he can remove my phone # from his list. I told him no it is not then I hung up on him.

I just got this call from this number today... I dared not pick it up, as listening to a recording isn't favourable.

Called with the "Final" chance to lower my interest rates.  Have had the same call about 50 times - same woman's voice.  Press 9 for an operator.  

I pressed 9 and a guy with an India accent answers and there are many other voices in the background.

Said a few words to him and he told me to "F%@K off".  

SCAM!!!!

These folks truly need to be arrested and prosecuted and given the MAX sentence.

Answered and it appeared to be a recording.  It said this is Rachel and I hung up as I've received many of those calls from her  and always a different number.  If you call that number back it says the number has been disconnected.  Bunch of scammers I'm sure.

We receive the same call from the same number repeatly.
