Picked up....nothing but silence.

I let the fax machine pick up.

According to Bank of America this is a phishing scam.  They are not working with B of A as they claim.  Do not give any information to these people!

They dont leave a message.

There is a good reason if they hang up after you pick up the phone: They want you to call back the number that is on your caller ID (notice it wasn't blocked?!) Why? Because then, it is you who initiated the "business relationship." (Remember that the national Do-Not-Call list does not cover companies you do business with.) This way you are giving then a green light to start the harassing phone calls that follow. In short: NEVER CALL THEM UNDER ANY PRETEXT. If you answer the phone when they call and they are willing to talk to you, just tell them "DO NOT CALL" anymore and don't follow their request that you call back to put your number on their own do-not-call list! If they keep calling, you have grounds for a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and your State do-not-call list, if there is one. Keep a record of the calls. The FTTC penalty is $11,000 per call. This is the only thing that will eventually put them out of business.
By the way, it is true that Bank of America gives them information about you and you have allowed them to do so when you have signed your application for a credit card. My advice get a credit card from another bank and close your Bank of America account. You may have to get a new phone number too! Sorry.

Just got a call from 281-469-1220 and the caller ID shows Texas.  After calling the phone company we found out it was from ICLLC. A man spoke to me asking for my son saying he owed $2,000 and was coming to get him.

Feb 23rd and 24th 2009, received calls around 6:45pm - 7pm from 713-228-2907.  It sounds like someone is on the other end of the line, but no one responds when I say, "Hello".  Few seconds later, the person hangs up the phone, as if they didn't want to speak to a female voice.

this number has bothered us as well. Too bad we can't do class action suits against these scam companies.

I get 2 - 3 calls a day - every day - from this number. The ID comes up as TEXAS.  I ignored the calls at first and then started answering them.  No one is there.  It is very annoying.  I don't want to call the number back in case it is one of those long distance scams.  Don't know what they are accomplishing by just annoying people. Can the telephone company do something to stop this??

I get calls from 713-228-2907 almost daily.  they never leave a message.  The caller ID reads IC LLC.  My number is unlisted and on the do not call list.  I want the calls to STOP!

I've had calls from them before and why do they let the phone ring just once, hang up or never leave a message?  I'm reporting to donotcall.gov

They keep calling all day and late at night but do not leave a message.  I called them back and asked to be removed from their call list via their automated operator.

Getting a call 2 and 3 times a day.  Got so annoying that I finally started answering it, but there is nobody there and they aren't leaving a message.   Is there anyway to get off the rotation

Tonight at 5:15 PM, I received a call from that number.  The ID shows it came from Patricia Baker.  I wasn't home at the time. She did leave a message but it was cut off by my answering machine.

This place calls almost every night after 8:30.  Answer and no one is there. IT IS REALLY ANNOYING.

IC, LLC = Innovative Consultants: contact callers for Bank of America, 1st Premiere Bank, AIG, Discover Card, etc.
