Through some intensive digging this is what I found...You check it out and see what you think...
Google the name Alex Kelly in Stafford, TX - Follow the link to CorporationWiki.com, his name is tied to 2 companies listed here (there are more, I will get to those in a moment) 2m Business Products and Altra Services. I don't know what 2m Business Products is because I went in the other direction with Altra. Scroll midway down the page and notice Alex M Kelly Owner at Altra Services, note the address: 13955 Murphy Rd Ste 221 Stafford, TX 77477, also glance down about an inch and notice a company called Ultra Services (we will come back here to look at Altra in a moment). Now do a Better Business Bureau Search (Houston, TX) for Ultra Services at the address noted above. When the info pops up scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page under the heading: Additional Information. Note his related businesses: Saving America's Energy Association. As I dug deeper and deeper (by google searching), I found that Saving America's Energy Association is also known as (aka) Kilowatt Reduction Group. Now google search this company. You will find all unfavorable information on them on various websites, but the one I want you to look at is the one that says POLO DOMAINS - UltraCompanies.com. Click the link and scroll down and see the company name and who the domain is registered to and the address. Familiar....Alex Kelly at the same address on Murphy Rd and he is the owner and contact of Kilowatt Reduction Group LLC. Now for Altra. If you search Altra Service Company on Houston's Better Business Bureau you find they have another name also: AKA: Aaron's Plumbing. All of Alex Kelly's companies ratings on the Better Business Bureau speak for themselves. Don't take my word for it... research these links. Isn't the internet marvelous; just connect the dots. Now you have his phone # and information to call him and ask why he is calling you.

URGENT NEWS-TIP :
I have just verified the business address of "Go-Green Marketing Solutions of Texas" with the Property Manager's (Quest Assurance Investments) office there at 12337 Jones Road, Houston,Tx 77070.
They had Suite No. 314 on their contract papers...this could well be where their "Boiler Room" sales calling operation is located, or at least the office for the Registered Agent, Keith J. McDonald, one of the reported owners of the Florida scam company that went by the name of "One-Stop Solar Heating", and likely using the name "Saving America's Energy Association" in their telemarketing calls to local Houston area residents/homeowners.
I urge you to MOVE QUICKLY on this; if the manager tips them off that
I was asking questions about them, they might just disappear again.

Re: Consumer Protection Issue: T-Mobile/Aerial Communication Account
May Be Using Your System for "Energy-Saving" Home Improvement Scam
in Houston Area

Please review the info and complaints I have collected regarding a business which only ID'S itself (if asked) as "Saving America's Energy Association"
It may also be known as "Go Green Marketing Solutions of Texas" and
formerly in Florida as "One Stop Solar Heating". They have been making a large volume of unsolicted phone calls in the Houston area over the past several months from local phone numbers that appear to be issued or registered through T-mobile (713) 231-7060) and now (832) 228-7369.

You will find extensive online complaints filed against them on 800notes.com, and numerous other websites dedicated to repeated
telemarketing spam & scam calling to consumers and other businesses
from 800 and local cell phone assigned numbers.

They do NOT comply with DO NOT CALL requests, and it is likely the
same scammers who relocated here from Florida (see info below)
As a 20 plus year Houston homeowner and retired paralegal/skiptracer,
I would strongly urge you to shut down and disassociate yourself from
this firm as quickly as possible lest you be perceived as "enabling, aiding or abetting" their unethical, likely illegal activities/practices, and FLAG all the names above they have been known to operate under or open accounts under, including the individual names of the three owners reported in an online complaint below :

"The owners are Rich Woodal (407-808-806, Keith McDonald (407-782-8606), and Larry Gapko (407-408-4889). All came here to escape bad business practices in Florida (Google "One Stop Solar" and "Rich Woodall"). "

I myself have received numerous calls from this firm needlessly disrupting
my daily business for at least a month now, and as a former Commercial
Credit Mgr, I also urge you to tighten up your credit extension policies
and more thoroughly, investigate the background of all new business accounts your local sales reps sign up at your various locations BEFORE activating their phone use privileges.
Irresponsible "sales-s**ts run wild" will run your business into the ground
and create many embarrassing situations, to say the least for your
organization, IF YOU LET THEM. You must MAKE THE TIME to exercise
better INTERNAL CONTROL and "Due Diligence" (written & strictly-enforced policies & procedures on new account approval & activation)
Local store managers and their employees must be properly trained and monitored to implement and enforce these!

I seriously doubt you want to incur the negative publicity and potential liability for approving such"customers" that have a history of abusing both your telecommunication services, as well as the public they are annoying and reportedly scamming. They can do a LOT of damage in the meantime
before they are "found out" and shut down at their NEW location.

Sincerely,
Howard G. Lehrman,
Houston Homeowner/Former Commercial Collection Paralegal/Credit Mgr.

This company is a total scam. It's a telemarketing (boiler room) operation getting salespersons to your home offering free energy audits. The goal is to sell you a package of items for about $10,000.00. You can buy the items yourself for about $750.00, and have them installed for about $500.00.

They push "EKOWRAP" which is just renamed radiant barrier foil, and the "EKOBOX" which is a renamed KVAR box, and other items you can buy at low prices locally or on EBAY.

The owners are Rich Woodal (407-808-806 , Keith McDonald (407-782-8606), and Larry Gapko (407-408-4889). All came here to escape bad business practices in Florida (Google "One Stop Solar" and "Rich Woodall").

The company says it will guarantee savings and back merchandise. Don't be fooled. The contract has many escape clauses, and the contract will be sold quickly at a discount for the company to generate quick cash for themselves.

Again, be very leery before doing business with this company.

This company is using a boiler room / call center to call Florida home owners and tell them the Federal Government is providing them with a 30% solar credit and a Energy Audit for their home.  They then send out a sales person who has been trained for a week to tell them for buying this system RIGHT NOW in their home they get a $2000 Manufacturers rebate for a Solar Hot Water system that is $14,095 on their show room floor (there is no show room) so if they buy NOW they get the system for $10,995 they try and pressure home owners to install the next day (then a lien is put on the home) even before financing is approved.  They advertise they have a showroom on GOOGLE and list the address as 3881 Old Winter Garden Rd, Orlando FL 32805 - THIS IS THE ADDRESS OF H D Supply ( I went there and they have never heard anything about them or a showroom for them) On their business card they list 3676 Hogshead Rd Apopka FL 32703 ( I also went there and it was a dead end street with a plumbing company who also stated they have never had a showroom floor there) this company is a scam and they are training sales people who have no idea that they are running a scam... The same morans called me, from various numbers. This last time 832 228-7369 Jorge Alverenga,
each time I press 2 to be removed, but they call from another number.

They claimed to be "The Saving Americas Energy Association" I asked for a supervisor, they put me on hold and then hung up.

Like everyone else the phone calls come every day, first to my main line, then a minute passes and they call my second line. Today I decided to stay on the line and talk to someone. I asked the name of the company at the beginning of the call and was told "Saving America's Energy Association". I let him do his talking and then asked to be taken off the list. He said he did not have the authority to remove my name so I asked to speak to a supervisor. My caller told me that the supervisors we going to be unavailable for "several hours". I, too, could hear all the other calls being made in the background. I asked him to have a supervisor call me when one became available. No, that wasn't possible either I was told. I asked for the phone number so I could call them back. No again. I was also told that the Do Not Call registry did "not apply to them".  Finally I hung up. I was glad to find this site and am appreciative to the people who have written before me that gave suggestions on who to contact to report them.

Repeated calls from saving america's energy association; say they have 3700 in grant monies to give you after an energy audit.  The phone # they verified my apt from is 727-687-2046.  I can't call them back; message says mailbox full and doesn't identify anyone. I made an apt for them to come to my house and can't get them to cancel.  I can' t verify the organization. They also use the name alternative forms of energy.  They say they are not selling anything. I called FPL and they do a free energy audit. I will also report this to the local police and my son, who is a PA state  prosecuter! I will not let them in when they arrive!

I get a call from this company at least once a day. The number always varies and is often listed as "cell phone"
There is a prerecorded message Says its an important message for customers of FPL and Beaches energy and other energy companies. implying that its official
At the end of the message you are asked to push one for more information.
You are connected to an appointment setting for a "free energy evaluation".
Obviously a front for pressure sales in the home . . .
I asked who they are
answer "Saving America's Energy Association
I've asked twice to be removed from the call list and am met with the Argument that "Don't not call list only applies to sales and they are not selling anything only setting up appointments for free energy evaluations.
I've then asked agin to be removed from the call list and have met with refusals.

I have an idea.  Press the button to speak to them and when someone answers blow a high pitch whistle in to the phone.  If we did this all over America maybe they would be reluctant to call.

I keep getting the same call as well. They will not give any information or allow me to speak to a supervisor. To use Megan's description-These assclowns are relentless. A totally rude a***ole named Howard will rue the fives times a day they have called me. Does anyone have a number for the association these terrorists work for?

I was called from the same "company," but the number was,904-662-2778.  The w***e I spoke to was Brianna.  When I asked the company name, she said the saving america...... name very slowly, as if I was hard of hearing.  I asked to be taken off of the list, she said this was really going to help the country.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up.  If anyone finds where they are located, I would enjoy meeting them face to face, so please pass on any information on their location.

My mother and next door neighbor have reported getting calls from this organization.  The state of FL requires any energy rater or auditor to be certified by the Dept. of Consumer Affairs.  If you are located in the State of FL, ask them for their DCA Certification Number.  If they give you a number look them up and if they don't, report them to the FL Dept. of Consumer Affairs.

These jerks give legitimate energy auditors a bad name.  One person I've talked to indicated one of these companies came out tried to sell them on radiant barriers.  Radiant barriers are helpful in the right application BUT the bottom line is in many states auditor's are required to fully disclose their financial interest in any suggested improvements and as a consumer, I would look for a legitimate auditor or HERS rater with no financial interest in any energy/insulation/window/HVAC/roofing/radiant barrier type of improvement.  I would further remind everyone, to always get more than one quote from raters and home improvement contractors, check licensing, certifications, and insurance.

I have told them numerous times to take us off their call list but they still call every day. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission via the Do Not Call Number of 888-382-1222 but that does no good either. They still call every day and use a variety of phone numbers. Those that I have written down include: 561-827-8781; 561-827-5134, 561-827-4047; 561-512-2706; 407-601-8929; 407-520-0390.

I allowed them to make an appointment last week. They did not show. They called to rebook saying that the technician had gotten in a car accident. I set up a second appointment and put a sign on my door that says "If you are reading this note, please know that I have purposely wasted your time by having you drive to an appointment that I did not intend to keep. I will keep making appointments for you to waste your time as long as your company keeps wasting my time by calling me." They were a no show a second time. We'll see what happens next.

Addendum to my previous post; please note that "Courtney Jones" is also listed on the "Certificate of
Designation of Registered Agent" filed with the Florida Div of Corporations as the "Registered Agent" .

The "Cover Sheet" indicates the same corporate address of 13451 McGregor Blvd, Ste 32,
Ft. Myers, Fl 33919

It also gives an e-mail address for him as : courtney@loyaltv.com, and a Phone no. of:
239-267-1165 (may or may not still be valid)

I can e-mail the PDF file of the original document from the Fl. Div of Corporations to any
interested party; will try calling the Texas Attny General later on.

I may have identified the culprits/principals of this company under the name of "SAVING AMERICA
SERVICES LLC" , supposedly located originally at 13451 McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, FL.
After reading a reference about them being from Central Florida on one of these complaint boards,
I did a corporate info search online with the Florida Sec of State, and this was the only similar name that
came up as a foreign corp. out of Nevada, registering to do business in or from Florida.
Three "partners" are listed on the application (I saved a PDF COPY) at the SAME ADDRESS.
They are :
Courtney Jones, Eric Bischoff, and Brian Korte.

"Nature of Business to be Conducted in Fl" is vaguely described as "ANY LAWFUL PURPOSE"
Said application orig, filed back on 9/17/09. They were incorporated in Nevada July 8, 2009
A copy can be viewed, saved, & printed from the Florida Sec of State's website for corporate info.

**This may or may not be the people responsible, but it's the best bet so far...I say this as a former
commercial collection paralegal/liability investigator...the similar name of the co, the "Florida connection", and the mode of incorporation out of Nevada, all suggest this.

Since beginning of the month, I am receiving 5-6 calls a day as "Out of Area".  I finally answered one, acted polite and interested, and got the CSO Lisa to say the company is "Saving America's Energy Association".  She said they only provide free consults authorized by the Federal Government to help me get cash incentives recently put in place by the Obama Administration. She talked very fast.  She could give no phone numbers, no address, no BBB i.d.  I asked if they could send me a brochure. Nope. IN SHORT:  this is a bunch of whooey. I think this is a sales scam at best and fraud at worst.

I suggest when they call, answer once or twice, listen and make notes to their pitch. Ask what happens if you make an appointment.  Will someone call, etc.????  Act polite so you can get as much info as possible.  Then, carefully ask  "how can I get off this call list?"  ASK:  DONT' DEMAND.  They just hang up on you.  You need to play them to get info.  Politely keep asking how you can be removed, etc.  If you have a record button on your phone, record it. Then, file a complaint online  or call the Florida Department of Consumer Protection to start a case number.  It took me awhile, but I finally got a resort vacation group to quit calling when I caught them in statements I could report as fraud to DCS.
Good luck. If we all call and add to complaints, it helps.  Run these nuisances out of business.

Lisa's phone was 514-2296. I am sure they have a bunch of rotating numbers.

Waste My Energy Association--Same problem as everyone else.  The spiel makes it sound as though Reliant, Green Mountain, and other providers have contracted with this scam "association", but, of course, they have not and are not related in any manner.  One of the providers has now started an investigation (beyond the "Complaints Department" type).

As usual, those least able to understand that this is a scam and that they will lose money are the primary targets--the some of the elderly, uneducated, poor, etc.

Please keep the information flowing on this site to aid the investigation and, hopefully, put these guys where they belong--jail, etc. (use your imagination!).

Same story.  Five automated calls in the past two weeks from this number -- didn't log other calls prior to the past two weeks, not sure whether they were from this number or another.  Same script every time, sometimes a male voice, sometimes a female.  We are on every do not call list we can sign up for, both state (Texas) and federal.  And at least a half dozen times, I've "pressed 2 to be taken off our list and forfeit your share of the stimulus money," as promised in their spiel.  But the calls keep coming -- several times awakening me from a sound sleep.  I'm no expert, but strongly suspect their claim not to be covered by do not call is bogus -- they are not a charitable organization and are not a business with which we have an established relationship, which I understand to be the only do not call exceptions.  This is not right  -- and is threatening both my sanity and my sleep patterns! :-) -- we've got to find a way to make it stop!...

We have been receiving multiple calls from these people daily. They have called from multiple telephone numbers with 321 and 407 area codes. Both my wife and I have spoken with them and they calim to be the "Saving America's Energy Association." My experience with them has been very much the same as everyone elses on this blog. The calls sound extremely fishy to me. Its either a scam or an aggressive  debt collector I suspect. I made an appointment for this afternoon, but the "Confirmation" routine was extremely unprofessional and the women kept getting the time wrong. After I had corrected her twice she said "whatever" and hung up. I am not sure what they are up to, but if they show up on my doorstep, I am meeting them armed.

Does anyone else suspect that they are a debt collector, process server, or something of that nature?

These folks are rude and determined.
They call all 3 of my lines all day long. I've used the option 2 (yes, I'm willing to not get my $3700).
Twice now I've selected option 1 and asked to be removed. They tell me they don't control it so I asked for a supervisor. When they go to "get" the supervisor, they simply hang up in my ear.
This last guy said he understood and did the same thing.
Next time I think I'll have them book an appointment and have the guy arrested when he comes on my property.

This number is associated with a group named Saving America Energy Association that attempts to solicit energy assessment at your residence using Federal Stimulus money. They have no website, hang up when you ask to speak with a supervisor, claim to not be "selling anything" but admit that their technicians may recommend services for energy improvement that are not free. I am on DO NOT CALL LIST and told them to no longer call me but such requests have failed. I continue to receive calls from this number and this group. This is harassment and something needs to be done about this group and their tactics.
