Caller requested to speak to the owner - called him by his first name & acted as if he was expecting his call. I asked what the call was in reference to, he stated "his Google account". That was a huge tip-off that it was a solicitation call, because the owner is basically computer illiterate. I politely told him to remove our number from his list & no not call back because the owner did not have a "Google account". He then began to argue with me & said "yes he does" & demanded to speak with him. I reiterated my request to remove our number & do not call back - he then called me a "B*tch" & hung up on me. Nice way to run a business!

I own a small business and after contacting them, and missing a call-back, the person from PopLabs called me a "fool" for missing the call and saying to stop wasting his time.

A british sounding "Victoria" called and asked for the owner... called him by first name and said she was returning his call. When I said he was out of the office, she said she'd call him on his cell and hung up.

Just received a call from a courteous young lady. Her mistake was calling the owner by his full first name and saying she is returning his call. If she had talked to him before, she would know that he does not use his full name. Just another telemarketer. When I stated that he was not in the office, she just said she'll call back later. Uh-huh. Good luck then, too!

Had the same type of call as the PP. I was called, treated rudely and ended up hanging up on kid who called. Disgusting company policy in the way their reps are allowed to call.
