I keep getting calls from this company about 10 times a day no exaggeration and they won't leave a message either.

I keep getting calls from this number and I believe it is harassment.  They have called so many times its insane.  I am going to contact the better business bureau.  I suggest you all do the same.

Received two calls today on my cell phone.  No message. Its from South Dakota.

No kidding, this number called me every hour on the hour yesterday and today...it's nuts...sometime they say hello and sometimes they don't ...won't say who they are or who they are calling....even threats to call the FCC do not deter them...who are these people???

It's CARD SERV (Plains Card) if u receive a pho call before 8a or after 9p u can report this. (FDCPA LAW)

Call at least 8 times a day, at all hours, just a number  1-605-275-7409, never identify who they are, or who they are calling,or what reason. As far as DNC list is comfirmed it's a joke.

it is plains card services, a credit card company which is looking to collect a debt you may owe.

Been getting calls from them all day, finally got someone to answer. One angry woman stated she needed my account number, I stated I don't have an account number so I want my phone # removed from calls. She stated she couldn't without my account #. I re-stated that I don't have an account #, asked if she could lookup my phone number and find out if I do have an account.
She said no, which I replied with all todays technology you cant lookup a account number with a telephone, she said "NO". I had to reply I find it hard to believe that. The lady replied I don't have time to argue and hung up.

I have been getting like 10 calls a day from this number all week. Morning, noon, or night. It doesn't matter. I wont pick up and they wont leave messages. They just keep calling. Is this harassement or what?

Same as above poster. Call during midday-afternoon and evenings but wont leave a message.

I keep getting call from this no.  All times of day or night 8:00 am - 11: pm.  I am on DO NOT CALL list but that doesn't matter to them.  
This is phone HARRASSMENT.  I wish FTC would yank their phone line!

I think I posted on here before regarding this same number but I wanted to come back and say that I received a call from that number today, did not answer it and then shortly after I received a call from (573) 942-8989 and then when I didn't answer that one the phone rang again and it was this same number.  I think they change numbers just to get you to answer.  How can we stop this madness!

THEY ARE SO DAMN ANNOYING! I GET CALLS LITERALLY EVERY 15 MINUTES-DONT EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE! I DONT EVEN OWE THEM ANY MONEY NOR HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE PEOPLE. THIS NEEDS TO STOP, IT IS RIDICULOUS!

these people keep harassing me and NO I DO NOT owe them any money. They keep asking for the another person but I keep telling them its the wrong number but they all every 20 minutes. They woke me uo in the AM's today. When I told the stupid woman to stop harassing me she hang up.

These people are ridiculous.  They call and literally harass you.  Even if they are trying to collect money they have to realize that calling every hour of the day is not going to magically give people the money to pay them.  This should not be allowed.  The way they make people think they are helping them is appauling.  I hope the people who work for this company can't sleep at night.

it is Plains Commerce Credit card. you owe them money.

These ppl call allllll day long and are rude and I dont even know who they are. When I ask to be removed they hang up.

This is a CARD SERVICES organization for (in this case) Plains Commerce Credit Bank of South Dakota.  Plains Commerce Bank specializes in credit card accounts to settle past due, unpaid debts.  They will lure you in with the promise of helping to restore your credit by "forgiving" some portion of a debt if you agree to take one of their cards.  In a sense, this is not a bad deal EXCEPT that your interest rate will be the MAX possible allowed by law and they will never lower it no matter how well or timely you make payments.  What does this mean?  Well, it means you will likely NEVER have the debt paid off and you will certainly pay MORE than the original debt through their interest rate structure.   *** IMPORTANT *** It should be noted that calls from this number are generally considered the "higher up" levels which means these are the people who start calling when you are in default on your account.  I really do hope someone from PCB reads this and wants to refute or discuss something I've said here so call me and leave a message (yeah, right) and I'll happily call you back.  Oh, and they're also nice enough to print your complete card ("account") number on your statements so hope that you're never the target of identity theft [not that PCB would care if you were].

Asked for partner.  Would not give name.  Phone no. is registered to Midcontinent Communications.  Claims that this is a "personal business matter".  My partner had no prior business relationship with this company.  When told they are violating the DNC they claim they aren't.  They say they will keep calling back.

Either they are violating the DNC because she has no relationship with them whatsoever or they are masking their caller ID.

Either way this is illegal and these people are jerks.
