yo te explico claramente como trabaja esta compañis, esta compañia te ayuda a poder pagar el mortege de tu casa en pagos de 2 semanas, cuando tu pagas la renta de tu casa ya se comprada por banco en la cual te pasas 10 años pagando intereses y 20 años el valor de tu casa, lo que hace esta compañia cuando tu pagas cada 2 semanas crea un treceavo mes al año calendaria, por el cual este treceavo pago ataca al pago principal de la casa, generando una reduccion tambien a los intereses, por consecuente generas menos años de pago como minimo unos 10 años de pago si en caso es un prestamo por 30 años, y eso es todo, te recomiendo que recibas la vissita ya ques una visita sin costo, sera un asesoramiento gratuito, y bueno si accedes a tomar esta opcion, para ingresar a housaving pagaras una cuota de ingreso, no ssabria decirte por lo que yo ya no trabajo ahi hace tiempo, pero de que es seguro lo es al 100 %, como recomendacion te digo que recibas la visita y escuches la propuesta

I received a call from this number too and I answered thinking it could be from my kids' schools.  They asked for my husband by name, but they called my cell phone.  Looks to me they're getting our names and numbers from registered mortgage documents.  They're scum!  He was very rude and finally hung up.  I fell for that a couple of years ago and did have the meeting with them.  Don't waste your time, here's what they're all about:  What they want you to do it to change how you pay your mortgage payments from monthly to weekly.  So they want you to divide the amount you would pay during the month by 4 to come up with your weekly payment.  Then they want you to give it to them and they will give it to your mortgage company.  They say that if you pay it like that you'll end up making one extra payment a year because some months have 5 weeks so that way you can decrease the principal amount by one extra payment a year.  That way you'll pay your mortgage faster and save some money on interest.  The funny thing is they want you to pay them a fee for taking your money weekly and then they pay the mortgage company for you and make sure that the loan lender credits the additional amount to your principal and not to "future payments."  I think they want like $800 or more money for their "service."  Like you're going to "trust" them!  Ha!  You can do the same thing yourself with your mortgage company -- just send the extra payment or more to pay off your house quicker and saving you money.  Just search amortization table and plug in your loan amount, interest rate, term (30 years, 15 years, etc.) and add your extra payments and see how much you can save on your own.

These people called my house stating that my daughter 19 years old was asking for a loan to buy a house.Knowing this was a lie since my daughter recently started college. I tried to get information from them and they were very rude and hung up on me. These people need to be stopped.

I've gotten calls to my cell phone from this number, asking for some guy that I don't know. When I tell them that I don't who they're talking about they try to get my name, I haven't given it to them though. They call at least three times a day, and have been doing so for the past three days. Something needs to be done.

Got a call was concerned was my sons school. No answer several times then just heard a hang up, then an echo. Glad I looked it up to see other comments!

I've received 2 calls from this number today. They tried to act like they did'nt speak english asking for me in spanish. They asked for me by my last name which I did'nt respond to, I said that that is not my name & then they hung up. Then they called a 2nd time a few hours later & asked for me now by my 1st name & as soon as I said yes this is he they hung up on me...It seems that they are trying to see if they can figure out my name or something. WHo knows why...WHen I call the number back it just hangs up.

Estas personas cobran $800.00 por ayudarte a llenar los papeles para la modificasion de los pagos de tu casa y te dicen que por llenarlos los abogados  cobran 2800 lo mejor es que hables a tu mortagage y ellos te ayudan sin cobrar ni un centavo, por favor checa antes de llenar cualquier papel con ellos

a woman who spoke no English called my home at 9:00 the time my kids are asleep.  when i told her we did not have a morgage and to stop calling, she said obscene and nasty things to me calling continuous about 5 time in the same time frame. Insisting to talk to my husband.  she would continue calling saying nasty things.

These people called and stated that they would take away my X-mother in laws home because I wasn't paying on my house, that is a bunch of bull b/c the house that I live in now is not even under my name.  These kind of people shouldn't even be allowed to have phone service.
