We switched our business phones to AT&T a few weeks ago and yesterday I got a call from this number from some guy saying the request to switch to AT&T didn't go through and he was calling to activate our account and lower our rates. I didn't quite believe him because we faxed all of the agreements to AT&T and everything was working correctly. He told me he would set up our call forwarding but it started working the same day we switched to AT&T so I told the guy I wasn't authorized to do anything and told him to call back and he never did. I also thought it was strange that the caller ID said Chasecom LP rather than AT&T.
