Not so sure these guys are WAMU. I also got phone calls form a company calling themselves Card Services - after pressing they said they were with WAMU. I have no relationship with WAMU and am on the do not call list. They wanted all kinds of secure info to "qualify" me - I of course didn't give this out. They are an identity theft scam I believe. I reported them to the SVP of WAMU Security and Risk Mgt after one of the many phone #s they use out of Georgia came back to what appeared to be a residential address.

Wamu calls me everyday from various area codes. What a joke. I have no credit problem and no accounts with them or any of their affiliates. I laugh when the cell phone rings as they call at the same time every day. M-F 8:15 Sat 8:30 Sunday Noon. Even called 4th of July. They call from various numbers so you ar eunable to just block the number they are calling from. Kind of like phone spam. I'm sure they will eventually get my number out of their system. If not, maybe it will be time for me to change my cell #. No bid deal......still laughing WaMu
