Just received a call from a Mr. Leehigh at this number - wanted to collect a debt i never made and had some of my information. This guy is a scam artist since I'm not (nor ever) was in debt!!!

I reported the call to the FTC.  They call for people who do not live here and have not lived here for 2 years and 7 months.  My number was never the former residents number.  Use the website https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov .  Thier address is Redline Recovery Services, LLC

Report them!  Also, put your number on the national do not call registry.  If you are not the person they are calling for you are under no obligation to answer any of thier questions.  They are obligated by law to identify thier employer and if they do not they are in violation of the law. Section 806(6) prohibits, except where section 804 applies, "the placement of telephone calls without meaningful disclosure of the caller's identity."  So there you go.  Good luck.  Some companies don't expect the consumer to do anything, don't let them be right.

They call me from Texas everyday it's a bill collector and they are in Alpharetta Ga. too. I don't have any bills other than the normal stuff don't owe anyboby. Don't know why they call me.

Calling someone everyday and keep asking about people that do not live there it's stupid. Have you not heard of agencies that will find the right person for you. Or maybe you just have too many stupid people who has no clue on what they are doing. This is the year 2010, why do you still hire cavemen and women to work for you. Have you not heard of the meaning of insanity? It's doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I have been getting calls everyday from this number asking for people who I have never heard of.  I am sick and tire of stupid people who just keeps calling my number everyday because they're trying to reach someone with the same last name.  I think these people are stupid, with the technology today and with so many companies out there that are in the business of finding someone. This company still relies on calling every number with the same last name. No wonder our economy is so bad because we have so many stupid company and stupid people in this country.

If this company refuses to take you off their call list because the debt is not yours, call The FTC and register a complaint. Make sure get the reference number. Send a very simple, "Cease Communications" letter to them "Certified" via USPS. If they contact you again they are breaking the law & you can take them to court in your jurisdiction which will cost them $,$$$ in legal fees having to go to your state to deal with the matter. Make sure you document all contact with them. Good luck!

Redline keeps calling my dad's home 200 miles away from where my deceased husband of 4 years never lived. How do they get these numbers and why don't they understand when someone dies they don't come back...especially after 4 years. Stop harassing my 90 yr old dad.

This number is unknown to me, and the person they are looking for is unlnown o me..don't know how they came about my number except if the person they are looking for gave a wrong number on purpose. I am a cancer patient and don't need this kind of stress.

Red line Debt Collectors.  just get a phone that has an option to save contacts and "send calls to voicemail"  Really takes some of the stress out of being in a crappy situation and you don't have to worry about accidentally answering it

Why don't you and your team learns some manners? This number keeps calling my parents for my ex and the lady started yelling at my mom. I am thinking about filing charges.
