gotten three calls tonight and when i answer there is nobody there.

got a call.  no message left and when I called back, I got a phone number no longer in service message.

When I picked up the call, I said hello a few times then a guy spoke & said he was from I don't remember where & then asked if I was currently owning or renting my house then the call just dropped...he sounded strange. I tried calling back & said the phone # was no longer in service.

I get calls from this number 713-526-8074, when I answer no one is there. I call the number back and get a recording saying the number telling me "we're sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service" Most likely a sneaky bill collector pissy because I blocked their number due to harrassment.

just called comcast.  the operator said that this sometimes happens when a telemarketer is calling you. i had the # blocked from calling our home again by getting on the "do not call" list. to block #'s individually, dial *60, and you can enter the #'s you do not want to receive calls from.  to de-activate the individual call blocks, dial *80.

got a call from this #.  they asked for my husband by his first name only.  i asked if i could take a message, and the man refused & quickly hung up.  i did a reverse search on the number, and found out this was an unlisted land line.  i tried to call the # back, and received a recording that the number was disconnected or not in service...!

me too. We just got our landline, and this number has now called about 3 times. No one responded on the line.
