I received a call today, April 23, 2014 at 7:30  MST. It was a female caller saying I had won a vacation package. I told her I wasn't interested and she said it was free of cost. I told her I was still not interested and then hung up. It sounds like a scam, where they take your personal information.

Ii just recieved a call and today is April 22nd 2014 she asked to speak to owner of the phone and said she was.an officer!!! Something made me google the number

It seems to be a condo resort in AZ.

I got this call again from Houston number 713-554-0427 funny thing is in the past I got spam from Direct Buy but these people told me they are Gold Rush Getaways and to come to their office in Campbell, CA (sounds fishy why you calling from Houston) then they will give you a 3 days Vegas or San Diego trip for coming and another trip.  After first representative goes through their crap (my phone chopped in and out) then manager lady came on to confirm we understood what is going on.  I kept saying "I'm really busy please get to the point" and she hung up on me.  Who really hangs up on a person for asking to get to the point or i'm going to put them on do not call list.  I got a call not sure the phone number a week or so ago from similar people saying they are real and asking personal questions wanting to know my age I didn't want to give because I already knew from what they said I didn't qualify so why keep prying.  

Be wary!  They don't stop calling so annoying.

got a creepy call from the same woman who sounds like she's called the above folks.  my husband listened to her for a few minutes then got off the phone.  she called back and left a very scary message saying "next time you hang up on me you will die...die...die...die....die....die." not sure to whom i should report this horrible experience but warning all who are out there about this number!

Got call today, 14 July 2013, at 7:26 PM, four calls quickly within one minute. I tried to answer, but hit wrong button and "hung up" instead. I called number back, but there was no ring and no answer. (???) This was on my cell phone, which I guess I'll have to add to Federal DNC list. :)

I hung up on her after she introduced herself because I knew it was just a telemarketer. She called again right after I hung up and I ignored her call. She proceeded to call me 5 more times despite the fact that I ignored her calls each time on my phone. Very persistent. Let's hope she doesn't try to call me again.

Got a call at 8 PM on a Wednesday. No message. I hope this isn't the start of something annoying.

Looks  like  another a** hole  wasting my time, and  phone minutes.  Asking for the owner of this number, we'll if your calling me, you should know who the he**  you're calling ...

I got a call from this number congratulating me that I had one a 3 day 2 night stay at a local hotel. She had a very heavy accent and was clearly not in the US. Obvious scam, trying to gain personal information with the lure of something free.

Called my cell phone at 8:40 on a Sunday, did not leave message.

I get a call from a woman with a thick accent. She says "Hello, is this the owner of the phone number I have dialed?" I paused for a moment and said "Yeeeeesssss" She abruptly goes into speed talking mode and says she is from Direct Buy and wanted to tell me about a free gift I could receive. I cut her off and told her I wasn't interested and hung up. I have been through these time share things before. It sucks. Just say NO. LOL.

These scum bags called me for the first time, just a first minutes ago. At the time of the call, I had never heard of Direct Buy. The pitch was pretty much consistent with what I have read here in this forum: attend a 90 minute presentation with the lure (bait?) being the chance to win some prizes. When I asked the "scheduler" (aka the closer,)  how the f--k she got my phone number, since it is listed on the national DNC, she hung up.

It was a woman she was in a hurry, she asked for my age. Then she hurried off the phone, when I was still on the phone she started to yell and say "Hang up" "you can hang up already"! I told her "no, I'm not you hang up thank you". Wtf, she called me!  She sounded like a foreigner or a stressed out grown woman. Wow, so I called back because I wasn't sure of the call. It just sounded so. . scary and strange. When I called back she didn't answer.  . the phone rang and rang. Then the phone went busy. . beeping. I am determined to find out the reason, I will be reporting her number.

Calls about every day, weekends, and holidays.  Never leaves a message. Caller ID unknown name with a Houston number.

They are with Direct Buy, trying to get me to come sit through a presentation for a free gift. Basically sounds like one of those timeshare things, free vacation for a hour and a half of hell.
