LOL... I answered as I was actually expecting a call from a company in Texas. This was not them. It was some pre recorded robocall that starts out asking if you hate pre recorded telemarketing calls. Ha ha ha... Now blocked.

got 3 calls from them this morning.  2 were missed calls and 1 I answered but no one on the other line.

"COA Network" in Houston, TX

Just called. I never answer unknown callers from out of state.
