I was called by this number today and told that I would have a felony arrest warrant issued for me in 30 minutes if I didn't pay $xxx.00 for some supposed internet loan (which I did not take out) back in May of 2011.  They spent most of the day calling every contact of mine they could find and harassing them and also called my employer.  When I finally called them back they immediately were crazy rude to me - this Adam Ryan kid telling me that he wasn't going to take any more "cussin" from any "northerners" and not to interrupt him - but he doesn't tell me who he represents or what it is about - instead, transfers me to a "Miss Larson" (as in Larceny anyone???) who immediately threatened me with felony charges and 120 days in jail automatically without bond - would not let me ask any questions and repeatedly told me that she would not tolerate any interruptions.  When I finally got a chance to speak I asked her her name, company, location, main number and told her I would call my Attorney and speak with him and get back to her.  She said I had 30 minutes and then told me that I "threatened" her by saying I was calling my Lawyer.  I've been called by scams like this many times - from all over the world but I have to say - this was a pro group - all American Texans who had their lines and moves down pat - putting me on hold, checking me in the "NCI" for any other felony charges, blah blah.  They ***almost*** had me fooled for a split second.  I don't know how people like this can live with themselves - they are pathetic.

My son received a threatening call from them, said if he didn't pay $xxx by tonight he would have to spend the next 120 days in jail.  They had lots of info on him, his bank name, social security number, and a previous emergency contact.  He went to the bank and had to reopen new accounts.  What a hassle!  They seem to be targeting older people as well as younger kids p, because they know they can scare them into paying money.  Please beware.

Hello, they actually called the front desk asking for my phone number. It is the office and club house!!!Thanks so much for sharing this information. I have been threatened before and I called the police. The policeman called the number and asked for the manager. One never came to the phone. Then I saw ABC news where this is a scam. The man sounded like he was from India and said he was a detective. I actually heard his voice on ABC news, and he was arrested!!

An E-warrant? That is a a new one, LOL!! You can not go to jail (unless it is taxes and child support) over a debt. Boy these folks are really trying to get crafty on how to scam money from people.

Debt Collector
My son had called and said he had received a message from this number saying that they were going to arrest me if I didn't get ahold of they and get this paid. Called and they said I hadn't paid a debt and threatened to have a e-warrent issued for my arrest if I didn't pay the debt over the phone. The "lawyer" said his name was John Travis and said when I was being put in the back of a cop car to remember his name. I called the company that I had the PAID bill from and they (Becky) said that even if it was an outstanding debt that they do not handle past due accounts this way. That it was fraud and I needed to report it to the police. I called and reported it to the police dept.
