Received first call few days ago saying they were going to serve me by Thurs....Well it's Thursday and nothing. Received a call this am BLAH BLAH! FINAL NOTICE!! BLAH! Again it's Thursday evening and nothing. These guys are using nothing but scare tactics to collect on very old debt that has been sold and re sold and again resold. Do not fall for their BS! If it were true, wouldn't it be on our credit report, which it is not and has never been reported to it, second, they don't just call you to say they are going to serve you, they just do.

I should add, if you are truly being served papers due to a lawsuit or anything, it goes through the court system first! You would have something filed against you in the county courthouse where you live before you can be served.

It's a scam to get money, and unfortunately people do fall for it. The guy at 713-726-1473 told me if I paid a certain amount now, over the phone, he can have the process server stopped. You CANNOT stop a process server from serving you. Period.

i got a call from the same number saying the same thing and then i got a second call saying it was my final notice. the next day someone showed up at my door and i had to sign papers and now i have a court date for 12/6/13

Received 2calles from 832-239-5274 but no message is left when u call the number there is no ring tone but immediately after they call from a blocked number and a message is left that they will be serving me on Thursday and her name is Sara Smith!!!! And if I have any questions to call 713-726-1473 because that is the company that will be serving me on Thursday !!!!!! What a scam!!!!!

Just received a call from Jared Miles. Said he's gonna serve me with a summons if i dont pay like 500$. It is total bull! I reported them to my bank to be investigated.

I received no reference number.

Keep getting the same call. From the same person, when calling back I threatened them with harassment charges because I keep getting calls for someone who is not at my number. It's a real treat to see how collectors work these days. This BEATRICE lady is going to be a very busy person on Thursday if she is indeed serving everyone she calls, since everyone probably lives in different states.

I just received a "Restricted" call on my cell from a Beatrice Worthington stating she is going to serve me at my home or work by Thursday. Left a number to call the sender direct if I wanted to. 713-726-1473. Comes up some place in Houston. I called the number.  Some guy answers just "Hello", I ask what business this is, he says he is Mr. Douglas and he is a legal processor? Claims I owe money from 5 years back to a bank for a loan. Funny thing is, I have never had a loan with that bank!

got the same call. looked up the number and it is to a jameric enterprises in Houston. I can find no info on them whatsoever. plus they are using my maiden name and I've been married for 10+ years. so I bet it is a scam.

Hi they just called me too lady name Beatrice... talking about serving me on my place of employment.  Its funny I moved to different state 3 weeks ago and I don't even have a a job yet! Did they ever serve you? Is this real?

I have gotten calls yesterday and today saying they are going to come and serve me today at my place of employment or residence.  Is this a scam to scare or is this real?

They call and say there gonna serve me and I call back and go off on them and they go off right back. Total scam artist
