Hi i am getting the same messages except i paid $985.00 they said it didnt go through and that this was serious and i needed to do it again or i was going to be arrested. So i paid $985 2x, they are now calling again saying that I need to pay again!

These are scammers. They intercept your personal info when applying or purchasing online, then call to scare you into believing what they say. It's obvious they are unprofessional losers making a living by scamming others...They are rude, which is a dead giveaway. Banks aren't even rude when calling about missed payments. Geesh!

I have had calls from same type of deal wanting me or my attorney to call them or i woul be in trouble and all they could do was wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me. has to be conected to payday loans. I dont answer my phone or return any to any foriegn voices

I filled out applications for loans but ended up changing my mind
Now I get maybe 100 missed calls bc of that crap
And voice mails from Indian sounding folk
I am sick of this

Got a call from a man with a foreign accent, said his name was Jeremy Austin, and basically threatened me, told me I needed to have my lawyer or myself call him immediately, said it was a time sensitive issue, and if I did not respond right away he wished me luck.  I blocked their #, and this is the second call I received similar in nature to the first.  I will be reporting to the FTC

Got a call today saying they are from a law firm and that if I didn't take care of the matter they were coming to my work and I would be arrested.  Pretty sure its a scam.  They are calling all over the place.  If you apply for a loan or credit card or anything on line they some how get access to all of your information and that is how they know where you work

I got a message today from this number a lady saying she would see me behind bars and I hung up have NO idea who this was and how they got my number ...

This number called me today and left a message said that they were a law office and did not say who the law office was but that her name was crystal anderson -sounded foreign- and that I had to call them back immediately or I would be in trouble and that all they could do was wish me good luck as this situation unfolds on me. I was wondering if any of you have ever applied for a pay day loan and these people somehow got our name and information that way? I have had these loans in the past but am all paid up. Just trying to find a common link.
