Kay, its a scam..........They are wanting you to call that number so they can scare the Beejeebees out of you and into accept a deal to make it go away. They will want your cc number or send you to Walmart for a prepaid card. Don't fall for it and don't even talk to them.......These scams are getting so old that people should know about them by heart and the scammers by their first names....

That would suggest that you are in the process of a scam attempt. Tell her to put it in writing, in an envelope, and in the mail, and you and your attorney will review it upon receipt...

Received phone call from a supposed "state process server" asking for me to call these people back.....have no clue whats so ever what this is about. 2nd time receiving this phone call but have never received anything in writing from these people...
