Thank God for what?  You waited until after you sent the information to him top check him out.  Now he has almost enought information to steal your identity.  Did you send him your SS # also?  You need to immediately file reports and put a fraud watch on your credit file.  You also need to go in and change passwords and security questions on everything.  He asked for the pet's name and your car model, bet you use those as passwords or answers to security questions.  He may hack into your E mail server and send spam with viruses and malware attached to them with the information you sent him.  Hopefully nothing like this happens to you, but you now need to be proactive in containing the damage that may happen.

I just fail to understand why people can not take the time to do a little research before they respond to something like this, but there is always time to close the barn door after the horse got out isn't there?

    I did get your response concerning the AD I posted on. The house is still available but presently I'm not around.. I did bid for a portion of petroleum land sometimes ago in Houston,TX and fortunately I won the  bidding so I have to move quickly down to Houston,TX to have my company set up because I will still have to rebid for it in the next 6 years. Chris Schofield and his Brother Andrew Schofield are some dirty b*****ds. They closed down their old operation high atop the AON building to save money. They claimed that they lost financing through their bank which was total BS. If these people contact you or your business you should decline right away to deal with them. All of their magazines are F.A.K.E. ! Non of the magazines are audited and worse yet, they scour the web everyday looking for negative postings and work a fever pitch in having them removed.

Avoid this company at all costs' and if they contact you for advertising, laugh at them.

If you are planning to work for them, find another company to work for.

I have been receiving info from a guy named James j Jacobs he said he has a house for rent in Odessa Texas sounds the same a most of these postings he gave me a name of someone to send money to western union his wife( her name es Roxanne Wilson). He said he was located in monon Indiana and that where the money needed to be transferred to. I really wished we would have seen this before we sent part of the money.
The house is for sale but has a contract on it where someone is buying it. I didn't find out any of this information until we lost money even still emailing him and he says his lawyers won't let him give the money back. I hope this guy gets what he deserves. He sent me that same application form indicated above, and unfortunately I didn't catch on right away and filled that info out ... at least there isn't any pertinent info on there that's not public record.  After I sent that, he emailed that he wanted to mail me the keys, but I had to send the security deposit...also was trying to make the deal sound sweeter by saying that all utilities were included in the rent.  I got suspicious and looked up the property info, and lo and behold it turns out that the house had been foreclosed on a couple of months ago.  Then I noticed he had a phone number on one of his emails, did a search and came across this site...

I feel stupid for even thinking it was real, his grammar in the email was terrible and he was talking about how he couldn't find a 'God Fearing Person' to show his house for him ... that made me laugh, haha.  Whatever, lets get this scumbag thrown in jail before he takes advantage of anybody else!

As with most rouge police officers they are former military REJECTS and the Jacksonville Sheriff Office is full of them.

Now for my side of the story . On 4/27/2011 Keith guase was a back up officer when another crookett officer named RUDY R HATHAWAY lied on me trying to give me a fake stop sign ticket. gause taking the side of the officer walks up to me a unarmed man and bullys me hitting me in the left eye calling me a peice of S--T and throwing me agaisnt my car. cuffed me, never said what i was being arrested for.  Then he and the other guy punched me in the back WHILE I WAS CUFFED and against the car.

Gause then pulls me back, throws me on the hood of his car and then comes over and choaks me saying why cant i just f--king cooperate? im like dude whats your freaking problem and what did i do in the first place. He sits me up then proceed to ask what drugs am i on?? Yes you heard it, now im on drugs even though i have THE WHITEST TEETH none are missing, super clear facial skin, BUT IM ON DRUGS???

I said to him i never in my entire life used drugs before, he laughed, then said i must be on alcohol? I dont even drink soda. He placed me in his car # 1016 at the time. And he mocked me while talking to other officers, a black officer was kind after i spoke with him and joined the mocking but was helping me out by saying im not a bad person while he was joking, finally gause walks over to the car and open the door and says what do i do for a living, it told him im laid off but normally security gaurd type stuff. He says im a lying sack of s--t and closed the door.

The other back up officers had to eventually tell him i belong in hathaways #920 car because he wanted to take me to jail, bare in mind i never was read my rights!! He still kept mocking me for no apparent reason other than attention and making a complete fool of himself.

Its a crying shame because i was a independent night scrapper on unemployment compensation and this was my little work for warefare appreciation so to speak as i donated goods to various thrift shops and sold what little items i could and some DEMON WITH A BADGE walks up and runs his mouth.

gause(PICTURED) looks about 15 years older then he actually is and is bald headed, bare in mind he was only 29 at the time of this incident talking to me like im a little youth and i was born 11-6-1981!!! I guess we all know who does the smoking and drinking and it certainly isnt me. i guess he He thinks im soft, not knowing i have walked the mean streets of phoenix arizona with the baddest and all the gang violence, he is a nobody!!

This is a DEMON OFFICER, the generation of the donut eating cop we made fun of is gone!! Now we are all stuck with these energy drink video game playing heavy metal listening devils from hell itself. yes they are our NEW AUTHORITY. most cops today have TATOOS just like Gause does. Shame would you want this freak to teach your kids in school? I remember when police officers use to come to the first graders class years back, they had NO tatoos and took off there hat when they entered a building and gave kids a example, but there only mistake or imperfections was they ate lots of donuts and drinked ten cups of coffea a day. and at worst listened to a " cats and the cradles and the silver spoons" type music. Bring back those kind of cops!!!

Todays demons drink energy drinks use drugs, listen to hells bells, tatoos and peircings everywhere. And have the nerve to call themselves authority??

Kieth Gause is also a double life officer, one moment he is a good guy another moment he is ALLOWING drug dealers to sell drugs at Mathews crossings ( LIGHTHOUSE BAY) apartments in jacksonville. He gets drug money from them to pay for his failing pedophile business called BOUNCE AROUND JAX party rentals which he owns. But what customers dont know will hurt. Gause is a bankrupt drug smuggling, drug dealing criminal like all JSO cops in that arlington area sqaure mile from arlington rd up to regency area called SIN CITY. They pick on the geeks like myself who want to clean up the earth and drive old saabs/volvos but allow all the gang bangers and trailer parkers to do what they want!!

Please if you read this, do not hire officer gause for any speaking events, security services or youth services, he is NO GOOD!! Lets hope the next time we hear about him its he has been arrested or PUT SIX FEET UNDER!!

im am currently dealing with the same person claiming to be me trying to rent out my house and it disturbes me seeing people looking at my house and people constanly coming up to my house i live in west tx and i have had plenty of people come to my house and thanbkfully come to the house to see and me have to explain no its not for rent and that there being scammed i hope this person gets caught!

Found a house I liked on Zillow. Contacted the owner (F.Pereny). He replied a day later. He advised me that he's in Texas living with his wife due to a death in the family (inherited a house in Texas), that he tried selling the house he is now advertising for rent, but it was too much of a hassle so wanted to rent it. He even sent me pictures of the interior of the house. He told me to drive by and if I like the house, he could send me keys to view further. Red flag came up when he required a deposit in order to send the keys. Yah, right?! Am I that stupid?!  So, I then started playing his game! Oh, he said tentants were moving out over the wknd, so I asked if I could just pop in and view the house as tentants were moving out, he said, "actually they moved out today and mailed me the keys already". He then asked for a payment method, I said, I wanted to send proof of delivery/aknowledgement of receipt and needed a physical address. He said I could only do via electronic bank transfer. He provided his bank account number, routing number and pass code.  He then kept asking "where is the money, when are you sending it". I finally replied that I was on to him, listed all his alias' to him, provided his google phone number, bank account number, and ip address to the feds. I also called his Chase bank and alerted them to this guys scam! I plan to go advise the owners of the advertised house as to what is going on too.  Unreal that there are people out there like this and get taken advantage of and it's scary for home owners to have people driving by their home, looking at the exterior thinking it's for rent!   I hope this guy gets caught!!  BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am dealing with this a***ole right now. Good thing I always follow my gut instinct!!

So this guy is also in Eureka, CA as Jed Tollner.  I got lucky and asked for his number before I did anything else.  I also am going to contact the real owners of the property.
