Lance is right.It's 1st Financial Bank USA. I missed my 2nd payment by 14 days on a new card with them. It's an automated line that asked you to press #1 if so and so is home and available. If not press #2 and it will say they will try back tomorrow.

I got a call from this number as well. I have an account with 1st financial and just requested a new card recently. I called the first finacial customer service and gave them the 888-999-0970 number and they confirmed that it is affiliated with the bank.

Calls to my home no. is a recording from 1st Financial, not for me. Several missed calls on my cell phone from this same number, no message. I have no relationship with this bank and never use my cell phone no. on any forms etc.

Its first financial bank, they call all the time, sometimes from Texas, Or unknown, or Florida, or and 888 #. I pick up and hang up, I noticed it works better than letting it go t vmail, they call 4 5 times a day if i let the vmail pick up,when I hang up the call maybe twice. They wont stop calling, no matter what you tell them.

They indicate they are the Security Office of 1st Financial Bank calling about a security problem with my credit card (which was stolen three days ago and canceled two days ago before any charges had been placed on it). They say to call their office at 888-999-0970. When I call the number they have an answering machine which sounds like a home answering machine and asks me to leave my name, phone number and account number. I assume this is a scam trying to get personal information.

They are a collection agency, do not speak with them.

It's a collection agency and somehow they find out personal things in your life to get you to speaak with them.
